Lukan grabbed at his foot holding back the urge to curse. He at it back down keeping to himself and sighed. It was easy to him sense he had doe it a lot and h had curs word running through his mind from the pain in his foot, but it was nothing compaired to what Kaida felt.

Darius smiled and watched as she left the room. His expression changed into one that was troubled, he wasn't sure how this was going to turn out, but this really didn't matter. He wouldn't be able to control it anyway. He sighed lightly at this and slowly drifted off to sleep.

"Will you both just shut up and leave!!" Kaida snapped coldly, her once violet eyes now a peircing gray and looked as if dark storm clouds were swirling within her iris. Blood trickled from her mouth as Kaida began to get out of bed while holding onto her side. She was a terrible mess once fully seen. Her legs were covered in bruises and cuts, and the full damage could be seen. "I've had it with you both!!" Kaida sighed angrily and limped from her room toward the door. Sadly, she didn't get very far. Kaida collapsed after only a minute of being on her feet, blood seeping from her side as it was when she first entered here.
Alyssa's eyes widened as Kaida yelled at her, and was slightly freaked when her eyes changed so suddenly. "Kaida I.."there were no words to express how guilty she had begun to feel. She came to see Kaida and now she was fighting with a guy she possibly liked. "Kaida you idiot don't get up.." Alyssa murmured softly, trying to keep Kaida from moving. She was startled and almost in tears when she collapsed, rushing over to Kaida and help her as much as possible. "Kaida!!!" Alyssa cried, trying to revive her poor friend, bloody tears rolling down her cheeks.
The doctor and a few nurses raced toward them, the nurses rolling the bed from Kaida's room out. "I knew it! She needs to get back into surgery or she won't make it. We'll have to make sure everything is sewed up this time!" Not even realizing Alyssa was there, the doctor lifted Kaida up and placed her gently onto the bed and ran with the other nurses to the O.R.

Lukan stood at the doorway with his hand in a fist and up to his mouth as hgnawed on one of his knuckles. He looked at Alyssa and bent down to her level frowning. "Okie, if we're going to talk and hang around Kaida rom now on. We need to learn to try and get along," he said wiping away her bloody tears. He held out his hand to her with a slight smile. "Deal?"

Alyssa turned away and nodded silently, then with the same speed she ran here, Alyssa charged after the doctor's to figure out what was wrong with Kaida. One of the nurses said that Kaida's sleepn had ruptured again and her stomach was filling with blood. She also told ALyssa to wait in the waiting room till the doctor had finished with Kaida before anyone could go see her. Alyssa tried to scare her out of the way, but this nurse wouldn't budge from her spot. Unwillingly, Alyssa went to the waiting room and sat, her anxiety building rapidly.

Lukan sighed limping offtowards the waiting room. It was his fualt again that Kaida had to go for surgery the second time today. He sighed sitting in a seat and slouching down. He could feel his stomach growle with hunger, but he thought of no food till he knew she was safe.

"Go get something to eat. I'll stay here and wait for the news. I don't eat food like yours so it won't phase me much. Besides, it was both our faults Kaida ruptured her spleen...again." Alyssa said, smirking at his surprised expression. Her emerald eyes peirced him in an eerie yet, pleading sort of way. Alyssa didn't want to fight right now, all that mattered was Kaida. "I'm a telepath, I can hear your thoughts."
The doctor, now covered in Kaida's blood, finished the sewing for the thrid time. He had found another source of bleeding, also in her spleen and sewed both wounds three times each. Just to be safe. "Lets get her back into the room...and let no one see here this time. Those two almost killed her." The doctor warned the nurses and watched as they left the room with Kaida. Sighing heavily, he removed the bloodied gloves and disposed of them before heading to the waiting room where the two young people waited. "She's alright now.." He said immeadiately, noticing the anxiety on both their faces.

'The hospital food sucks.' He replied smirking at her as the doctor told them she was alright. "I'm glad she's alright. Are we allowed to see her?" He asked hoping, but knew i theback of hs mind it was doubtful.

"No. You both nearly cost Kaida her life, and I refuse to let either of you see her till she is in full-recovery mode. Try to learn manners and respect before either of you step inside this hospital again. This is for healing not hurting them." He said flat-out. His eyes were unusually angry and irritated. He had to admit their actions were unacceptable and he couldn't understand why they'd fight right infront of Kaida..it was just unheard of. Silently, he turned on his heel and walked off, saying nothing mroe to either of them.
Alyssa stared at the doctor in frustration as he walked off having just told her she couldn't see Kaida. "She's like my sister you b*****d!!" She cursed, wanting nothing more than to make a door "accidently" shut on his foot, or a bookcase fall on him "accidently" crushing his body. Alyssa sighed heavily and sunk into the chair next to Lukan, her bottom lip trembling.

Lukan sighed rubbing the back of his head. He lookd over at Alyssa nticing her trembling lip, not knowing if it ere from anger or sadness. "Not much to do here, and I'm suppose to stay here all night. Have any ideas, or are you just going to leave for the night?" He asked tapping a foot on the ground thinking of what he could do.

Alyssa shrugged silently, her hand opened palm up. A small clear, crystal ball rose from the inner part of her bag and landed gently in the open hand. She ran a long, thin finger down the side of it and watched as a small fog appeared inside. Alyssa's ruby red eyes reflected in the bright blue smoke, looking for something or someone.

.....she was in a clean bed, with soft, white linen sheets, and a comfortable feather pillow. She knew she hadn't been brought there by anyone, unless it was her own mind that brought her there....she seemed to just sink into the bottom of the hot-spring, and than spring up into this bed....
Ginerva turned restlesly on her pillow, and than fell asleep....

She woke up and, looking at the cealing, began to think to herself.
How like me to wake up in the hospital on my first day....I'll never be at all popular, but I don't really care....I'd rather just read and play with spiders....at least the spiders like me.....

She flipped through a copy of the Ria High Press.

I need my book.... She thought.
And than, suddenly, with a little bit of a poof (a whole one couldn't come just then....) it appeared on the bedside table.
Hmmmm....that's odd.....She picked up the large, thick, leather-bound book with the words, Ginerva Guineveve Zenieveva Vevay Giona. , .inscribed on the cover in bright, shining, golden-and-almost-rainbow letters.,. and began to read.
