Lera also proceeded to where Selia and Haku were. She had not seen her for quite a long while and it was nice to have a visitor in their lands. Lera also nodded and smiled to Gaara as he passed, following Lexi. Her attention turned back to the two adult wolves tumbling in the snow. Lera kept her alpha stance, but a smile was on her face and her tail in a slight wag.
Fleance struggled in the snow but felt himhelf being pulled out. Mother? no....He left the snow and then shook his body to rid himself of the cold stuff. He looked to his savior and emt a pair of stunning yellow eyes. He yelled in surprise and quickly ran back to Lera, his mother, for safety, accidentally bumping into his sister.
Lera bent down to lick both of her pups' heads before looking to the white wolf. "Selia!" she called excitedly. Yang just his behind his mother's legs. Who were these strange wolves? :<

The alpha simply smirked at his sister, "But would you really want me to?" Seeing Lera he would nuzzle his sister. "That's my mate Lera, I'm assuming that you've met her before. "And the this ball of fluff," he nudge his nose towards the thing yipping at his feet, "Is our eldest pup Keara." Smirking, he would look down to his daughter and give an eye roll, she had so much energy.
The wolf would look the alpha femme over, her eyes wide. "You smell llike daddy! What're you doing here? Are you an alpha? Are you my auntie? Who's that? Why's the sky blue? What do bears eat? Where does snow come from?" The little pup babbled on. So many questions. Most of them irrelavent though. This new wolf thing was cool!

"Lera," she smiled, and lowered her tail and head a bit to show her own respects to the alpha before her. She moved to her, waiting a moment, before nuzzling her 'sister in law' of sorts. Yang followed close behind her, before she looked to Keara, she laughed. "Ah, well, pup, you're a cute one." She smiled, and looked to Fleance and Nile behind Lera. "Hey, little ones. Dont be afraid," She eyed Yang at her feet, and would snicker, seating herself. "I'll answer all of your questions later, Keara, I promise." She laughed, once more, and once more looked to Lera. "Am I allowed to stay here for a few days? I need to speak to you and my brother."
Yang would yip, and laughed at Fleance, who was frightened of his eyes obviously. "Dont be afraid! I wont hurt you," he called back to the two pups, who seemed to stare at him. He wasn't that much bigger than them, but oh well. He looked up to Lera, and perked his ears...she smelled like them. He yipped up at Lera, and would wag his tail.

Lera returned the nuzzle to the alpha of the southern lands with a smile. "Of course, Selia, you are welcome here," she said, nodding. Lera laid on the snow, "it must have been a very long travel from your southern lands, how was it?" she said, considering what direction the storm seemed to move in. Perhaps it would circle around? "Ah, and I see you have pups of your own!" she said with excitment looking over to little Yang, and then to the always energetic Keara.
"I-I'm not afraid!" Fleance said, purring out his chest some and stepping in front of his younger sister as if to protect her. Of course, the other pup wasn't threatening at all, even if Fleance felt as he was being barred down upon with those yellow eyes, his own steely eyes meeting.

She chuckled, and laid down herself, canting her head to look at the sky. Mm, the storm was still moving. "It was a few days trip..Gaara led me here, I ran past that nasty storm. It'll reach my lands within a week or two now." She shuddered, and would sigh. "So I must return quickly, I will wait for Yang to rest a while, and for our talk to finish." She looked to Fleance and Nile, before smirking at Yang. "I have four others who stayed with their father."
He laughed, and would toddle over to Fleance, pressing his nose against his in return. "You're cute." He smiled, and would back off to jump onto his mother's back to get somewhere warm. He eyed Fleance, then Nile, then Lera. Wow, he was a blunt one alright. xD;;
Nile froze, and would nuzzle her brother's back, before hearing Yang. She blinked in surprise, and would move slowly to her mother--not sure if Lera had heard the comment or not. She tumbled over, slipping over her own feet int he snow with a silent yelp. She shuddered, and burried herself in her mother's side fur.

Lera nodded. She ahd seen gaara leave the den but didn't know exactly where he had gone. Why did he bring Selia here? For what prupose? Also, didn't they have some sort of feud between eachother? Lera decided to let it rest. Lera looked to little Yang, but didn't hear anything he had said. "You must be very proud," she said, referring toSelia's five pups. Wow, five! Lera wondered how hard that must be...
"So what did you come hear to talk to us about?" she asked. Selia had made a few refrences to a "talk" she needed to have. It must be very important, considering how far she traveled and how fast the storm was moving.
Fleance shuffled back a few steps as the other dark pup approach, his hair rising and prepared to take a paw at his face when suddenly he pressed his nose p against fleance's. You're cute? what did he mean by that? His eyes widened as he topped back in the snow, his face hot and his head confused, utterly confused. As the other pup returned to his mother Fleance scamperd after Nile, towards his mother. Still onfused, and unaware of what the other pup meant he swatted at his sister's ear, a rather weary look onn his face.

"Feanaro," she responded to Lera quietly, and sighed heavily. "I know he's come to you seeking help and sanctuary, yes? He's come to us many times as well, and is traveling the long way to come here once more about Human-pups." She hesitated, allowing her words to sink in. She would close her eyes as her pup laid upon her back. Shaking her head, she crossed her front paws in thought. "But, I dont know if he's a danger to us anymore or not. He has yet to attack anyone, and Gaara said he's pretty broken."
Nile would roll onto her back, and push at her brother lightly, yipping silently at him, and trying to question him without words. What did the other pup mean? Who knew. She would smile at him nevertheless, and push at his stomach with her hind legs, before eyeing Yang atop his own mother's back. he seemed lonely, maybe his siblings should have come with him...

Lera listened intently to Selia's words. "No, Feanaro hasn't exactly...sought sanctuary with us, yet. He has indeed followed us, but the last we saw of him was his friend, the crow by the riuver. We have heard no trace of him since. He has threatened us, but has not done much more than that. He is weak, and as you say, is broken." Lera paused, collecting her thoughts. "Human pups? Surely he must be mad..." lera thought of her clash with Bran. Humans were an entriely different species, and many of them did not communicate with wolves well. Many killed them out of spite of for their fur.... "Has he said anything of our pack?" she asked.
As he rough housed with his sister Fleance kept a sharp eye on the curious dark pup. That pup was...different and Fleance watched him intensly to figure out what exactly was different aboout him. When suddenly he was pushed off of his sister and thrown itno the snow. He recoiled, after flailing in the snow for a few seconds, before pouncing on his sister once more, one ear alway turned to the other pup.

"He hasn't. But I smelt my brother on him and came right away, and since Gaara came back to find his Mother I decided to go whenever I could. It would have taken longer, but Gaara kept us at a swift pace," she smiled a bit, but was troubled slightly at these problems that were coming up. She shook her head and would look over their packlands. "You two have a great land here, very beautiful. I'm beginning to fear the storm hitting My lands...it could cause a lot of destruction, and we cant affor that right now. Most of our pack is moving out due to such a large amount of us....I'm hoping we wont have to move for the storm."
She shook her head and would sigh heavily, trying to calm her frazzled nerves. "And Feanaro isn't helping any of the troubles, either."

Lera listened to the other female's woes. She could easily understand. "Do not worry, you're pack is strong and they are sure to survive the storm," she nodded in reassurance. "What the storm reaps, destruction that is, can always grow back to be repaired. But Feanaro...ehh. I don't think anythign good can come of raising human pups. Befriending them is...fine but....it isn't natural," she concluding, for a lack of better words.
Fleance continued to wrestle with his sister. The more he looked at the other pup the more guilt he felt, as if it was his fault that the other pup was sitting alone by his mother. He stopped wrestlying, mpotioning for Nile to follow him as he went aroudn both Lera and Selia and looked up at the pup. "Hey...uh..do you want to play with me and my sister?" he asked, still unsure of the other pup.

She nodded lightly to this, and would rest her head down upon her paws. "What about your pack? Did they fair well in the storm?" She questioned, looking up to Lera. She had known Lera as an adolescent...when she had to choose between Feanaro and Devvyl. It had become hard, but after she talked to Lera about it, it got better...she knew what she had been thinking. She smiled, of course the pun had not been intended.. xD;; She sighed, and looked to Fleance, Nile, and Yang, blinking.
He looked down to Nile and Fleance, canting his head and sliding off of his mother's back. "Sure!" He yipped, and looked to Nile, who he was beginning to see as a silent one. He blinked, but said nothing, and would seat himself before the two other pups, waiting for an idea of a game to play, or something.

"My pack?" she repeated, "The storm caught us by surprise, and we struggled to gather everyone. It was frightening it was windy, a whiteout, and hail beat down." Leradien thought back to when she had to leave Fleance in her den alone while Lexi and her carried the other two pups back to then den, and then returning in the blizzard to her den. Just thinking about it gave her shivers down her back. "But thankfully we all reached the den but I must say, after what seemed to be a few days everyone seemed to get a little testy," Lera gave a smile and chuckled a bit.
Fleance looked and grined to his sister mischeviously and then quickly got down into a play bow, his tail whipping in the air. He suddenly sprang forward, giving's the other pup's chest a nudge. "You're IT!" he shouted as he suddenly drated back, running and hiding near Lera's stomach as if to hide.

Russtiie A weak satisfaction rushed through Jade over Tobias' confirmation of her grand-father's health. Knowing that Tobias had never met her grand-father or witnessed the strength of the storm down south, she still valued his comfort. Jade required security, regardless of whom it was from. She liked to feel safe, and that is what Tobias made her feel.
Jade walked inwards pressing lightly against Tobias, afraid of the unusual surroundings. They were definately on the right track, however something felt different. Spread along the icey ground were dozens of birds, frozen to death by the harsh storm. Surrounded by victims of the storm made Jade feel quite un-easy, especially when thinking of her grand-father.
Creating a distraction for herself, Jade initiated a conversation. So Tobias, tell me about youself. Like when did you join the pack? Tobias looked down at the frozen bodies of small mammals and birds that littered the path. He was glad it was so cold, and that everything was frozen, for the smell of death was dampered by the ice. His stomach lurched when he realized that Jade's grandfather would have been through this. He was an uneasy wolf as he padded through the snow.
"When did I join the pack?" Tobias repeated, trying to remember when, "I believe it may have been a month ago. My brother was part of this pack and they were in the freelands. Then, they moved, and I didn't know about it, so I followed them. And they allowed me into the pack!" he finished, grinning for no apparent reason.
"Is this the right way?" Tobias asked as they reached the river. He thought she had mentioned that her grandfather was in the freelands, which was past the river, but he wasn't sure.

Yep, this is the way. Jade lead Tobias over the river crossing and into an open field, where she sat directly in the centre. Wow a month ago. Time does pass by quickly. It seems only yesterday I met Gizmo. The damp air whirled around Jade, sending a tingle up her spine. Smiling at Tobias, and perking up a little, she dug her paw slightly into the snow, and smacked a small clump directly into his face. Jade chuckled loudly, and began sprinting away. Catch me if you can!!
Jade struggling to run, stumbled and crashed into the soft pure snow, where she laid and roared with laughter. All the energy bottled up inside the cave, was quickly being released, in several moments of adrenalin. She awaited Tobais' arrival, and prepared a small pile of snow ready to whack playfully at him.

Tobias was taken utterly by surprise as the snow smacked him in the maw. Pausing for a second in cold shock, he snickered and chased after her. Unfortunately, he overlooked a patch of ice and slipped, sliding to a stop a couple of meters away.
He couldn't see her now. Slowly and quietly, he got up, following her scent. He was careful not to let his paws crunch on the snow, for he wanted a silent, sneak attack. He used the hunting skills he had learned back in the freelands. Crouching as to not be seen, he finally could smell where she was hiding, behind a small pile of snow.
He slowly walked towards the pile, knowing she was on the other side, and pushed th snow over on top of her! He sprinted out of range and laughed.
"Got you back!" He shouted back.
