Laying on the base of a trunk Michael thought out his strategies for attack.
If he used the fist of God this would all be solved but then so much life would be lost..... His only choice seemed to be attacking to defend. But his weapon was stricken from him now. Where was it? He would have to ask Sebastion to answer that question.

"Sebastion! Where is the weapon?"
The reply that came was trivial, simply the words ashen fang.

"Ashen Fang? What does that mean?"
This time the reply was different but trivial nonthless, "The cat scratches the bird and the bird flies away."

"What does it mean!?!"
There was no response this time.

"AUUGGH! The cat scratches the bird and the bird flies away!?! What does it mean!"

At this Ruby, Asha's cat appeared before Michael.

"What good does a cat do me!"

Picking up the cat Michael stared into it's eyes.
"What can you do cat!"

The cat hissed at Michael revealing a badly burned fang.
"Ashen Fang?" He said while grasping hold of the tooth.
Suddenly a sword appeared in Michael's hand.

"Ah ha! Finally!"
At that Michael saw the great staircase out of the corner of his eye.
"Oh no! I let down my guard!" moments later a great woosh was heard as the water lurched downward. no doubt swamping Sebastions house. Though he screamed inside Michael still had control. And as far as he was concerned Asha was better off dying that way, now he wasn't limited by worrying about her safety.

Asha felt cold and heavy. Darkness was all around and nothing was visible. She wanted to see where she was. But the darkness was blocking everything out. It surrounded her, and engulfed her. She felt as if she were bound in shadows. A strange thing thing to imagine. It was cold. Like laying in snow with nothing to cover your arms. She shivered. Asha had never liked the cold. Her lungs felt heavy, and each breath was difficult and painful. 'It feels like I'm being crushed by the pressure... Am I under water? Is that why I cant breath?'

A morbid curiosity set in and Asha began to wonder if she was dead, and how she could have possibly gotten under water if this was the case. 'Maybe I fell into the lake. Or someone pushed me? Maybe that man left me here.' The theory seemed pretty sound. He had simply knocked her out and tossed her in the pond. Why not?

A bright light flashed behind her eyelids, and Asha gasped blinking them open. "Eva..." She could feel Eva's pain. Her voice echoed through Asha's mind, only emphasized by the empty silence around her. She reached out but couldn't find anything but pitch back air around her. "Eva? Where are you?!" She called for her, desperately wanting Eva to stop crying.

Eva felt asha's presence as she entered the room where she had locked herself. pulling her wings tigher around her, eva struggled to calm herself down.

hearing asha's voice, eva's body shuddered, sending a pulse through the ice around her. she wanted to go to asha, but was afriad that she might lose control and hurt her.

Eva suddenly felt her ice fortress being attacked by someone. Fear someone might attack asha, the bubble she had built shattered around her, leaving her standing in the center of the room, her bloody wings extened out behind like a queens robe.
look at asha with her one red eye and her one souless black one, the marking on her pale face shone in the light. "stay here asha" eva told her. "you'll be safe."
Eva turned into smoke, reappearing right behind the hole the was form in the wall. "is there a reason you are making a hole in the wall of my home?" she said in an angry tone, her eyes catching the light in a flash.

Realising his plan had gone arye he stared into Eva's eyes. He no longer looked like Sebastian and she had changed somewhat too.....maybe this could work to his advantage........if Eva still had some control then-

What was this? Michael could sense the pure one. So....she hadn't been killed.....now was the time to let Sebastian pursade Eva to protect Asha. Now that she was no longer in her cocoon and was no longer able to be in a fight with Eve.

"Sebastian." He said under his breath. "talk to her now while she is no longer fighting Eve. Asha is safe. I sense her. But we need to make sure she stays safe."

Sebastian once again stretched out over the mind link that Eva and he shared. "Eva. You have been facing the malevolent spirit of Eve. Adam's second wife. This spirit has been passed down throughout the years and awakens to destroy Lilith. The first wife of Adam. For Adam cheated on Eve with Lilith. Now, while your still in control which I do not know how long it will last, I must tell you that you MUST protect Asha with everything you've got. Eve is hell-bent on killing Lilith. She's not evil. She's just a woman scorned. You must tell her that the easiest way to kill Lilith is not to face her, but to protect the one she will use as a sacrifice to keep herself and Adam alive. They will try to use Asha."

"as long as asha is in my house she will have my protection, and i give my word to that, and my word is stronger than any spirit no matter how angry it is." eva said with power that showed how strong she really was, despite her small body size. her new wings flaired out behind her, the blood covering them starting to drip on to the floor, she looked like as pirit of death reborn.
"I'm am NEVER going to let this eve control me so that she can kill." with those words, the entire mansion shook with eva's power, causeing the ice to spike out in long spires from it.

"I am Michael." He bowed to show his willingness to serve. "My liege, I'm afraid it is no longer safe for Asha in your or my house." At this a glimmer of Sebastian shown through Michael's visage. "The one of red wings. Adam. Is the one who put Asha in your mansion. He will come for her. The only way for us to protect her is to watch her at all times."

(We need Ume. And fast. Lilith should be appearing very soon to try to steal Asha as we guard her.)
