Okay guys. I just got a clue.
While walking around camp to find some food, you find a banana tree. You pick a banana and peel it. Inside of the peel, instead of a banana, you find a smooth rock. Carved on it are the words: "Cannibals hide their eyes so no one can see the hunger in their soul."
My thoughts were it was talking about people whose eyes are completely covered, like Akela, Necca and BDG. You can't see their eyes at all behind their glasses/masks. But it could be pointing to everyone wearing glasses, so I'm not sure.
