gotch yaAltair though to himself, he took a step back with linku pushing so hard this caused him to go off balance and lurch forword, Altair sidestepped him the slashed at linku's back.

Ichibi howled and the ground began to shake violently. "yes and you should know i have always fought like this!" Nali was sitting on a spirit and was watching the fights below. she wasn't sure how she should interfere and help. she also wasn't sure if she should help Ichibi or Altair.

"crap?!" he growled as he stumbled forward. but he didnt panic to much as the blade came down and made a loud ping against his back, needless to say this knocked his further forward and into a crouching position, but thanks to his armor he had created earlier most of the impacts force was transfered throughout the armor.
"that was rather close" he complimented "to think im on a knee" he was smiling now as he reached behind him and touched were the blade had impacted, as he removed his hand there was a slight bit of blood but the cut itself was a mere flesh wound and he didnt see the need to heal it using the ability he had stole from nali.
"to think that would of been deadly had i not forced all the armors power to that one point" he complimented again as he stood.
"but...you shouldnt hesitate even after a good blow, you must finish the job in an instant" he smirked and ran his thumb across his neck like he ws cutting his throte "if you dont your enemy will rise again...kinda like now" he stated with an evil gleam in his eye
he then took his stance and swung his blade, sending a huge gust of wind then on the back swing he fired a wave of ice shards mixed with lightning at altair
when rion felt the ground start to shake he did somethign rather unexpected, instead of trying to keep steady he reared his head back and shot a fire ball out, not at ichib but at his own wing, the right one and in the exact same spot as the hole in his left
"that should even things up" he grunted as he flapped his wings and shot into the air with a bit of effort in the process

The wind didn't really bother Altair the ice shards and lighting however did.not going to give this guy anything to copy...time for some fancy footwork. he took a fighting stance and began to manuver around the large shards, using his sword and shield he blocked the smaller shards, one got past his defenses and stuck him in the knee sending a eletrical shock through his body. He dropped to his uninjured knee, grasping his hurt knee, he let out a painful scream, his sword fell to the ground with a clatter. Blood began to seep out of the wound.

"come now" linku exclaimed "i know thats not a wound that can stop a warrior such as yourself".
he smirked slightly and began to walk knowing he may be going into a trap, but at this point he didn't care. he was getting what he wanted, someone who could fight him on an even playing field
"how about this, shattering soul shards" he mumbled as he rested hsi blade on his shoulder as he walked,, but as he walked the blade began to pull energy from the elements around him and cause the sword to give off an eerie glow

"...your right...this little splinter won't stop me" Altair said. he grabed the shard and yanked it out, blood began to flow out of the wound. Altair grabed his sword and stood. Blood began to drip down his leg armored leg.

" good, good" he said in a calm tone, his eyes glancing around, untill he focused back on altair again.
" you know your best bet would of been one of your shields" he mocked as he continued walking towards him.
the swords blade had also begun to pulsate and grow brighter with each step he took

"I heard nali's comment on how you can copy powers...you an't going to get anything from me...you know it's nice to see that despite us being on two different sides of a conflict we can have a sum what civilized dicussion".Altair took his fighting stance and braced to move in any dirrection sould a attack come up.

"see i have manners...when the time calls for it" he then laughed slightly at his own joke.
"ok that should do it" he thought as he stopped and bent his knee's and twisted himself a bit so that he was leaning a bit while his blade was out behind him
"elemental strike" he then uttered under his breath as he slashed his blade forward and jerked it to a stop in front of him, the blade pointing at altair who was not much farther away
"fire" he then said under his breath.
then like that pressure around linku began to build around linku and the energy that had been forming around his blade began to concentrate into one small orb.
"ever wonder what happens when the elements are forced to combine without canceling each other out?" he asked. "it makes a rather grand explosion when the energies are released!" he shouted over the rumbling ground beneath him.
then moments later the orb fired and sent a shock wave out that sent linku sliding back.
now the orb that he had fired began to change after it was released, after a second or so it became a thin beam that was almost the size of a thumb nail, yet the energies it was holding had cause the ground to crumble under its force as it blasted its way forward towards altair

Altair jumped out of the way"you know that commet I just said...about not giving you any attacks to use...SCREW IT". Wings of pure light appeared on Altair's back, the pulsed a blue light multiple feathers dropped off the wings, the blue pulse contuined. the feather's turned the tips pointed at linku like arrows waiting for there archer's to realese them."...copy this.."Altair raised his left hand the feathers shot forword with amazing speed leaving a faint blue trail behind them as the shot forword directly at linku. Altair folded the wings infront of him.

Jake ran into the battle with his armor on.He jumped behind Linku and stabbed him in the spine,"Ya miss me?" he asked,digging deeper with the sword.

linku only hd time to reacte to one and seeing as how jakes would of been more serious he blocked it by causing a pillar to shoot upbehind him at the last minute, the blade didnt hit him as much but it did slightly perice his back but not deep enough to imoblize him.
as for altair's attack he didnt have much choice so he took it head on, throwing up a barrier of green light which stopped some but a few broke through in the weak spots and hit him. one in the left shin, one it the left shoulder and two in his right side, but onyl one sunk in there the other just grazed him.
"no jake...cant say i did" he growled after he did what he could to avid sever injury.
he then cocked his head to the left and looked at brad the best he could
"you know its not wise to run in on something that you have no idea about" he said calmly
then with a smile on his facr he looked back at altair his golden pupils studying him intently but it was to late he was distracted by jake earlier and didnt have time to copy the move.
"i will finish with you later jake" he scolded in a evil tone as he began to walk back towards altair. his left leg bleeding as he walked, though he had already used fire to burn away the major damage and close it up in what some would consider a gruesome manner

I'll have to thank that guy later Altair thought unfolding the wings. they flapped a bit lifting Altair slightly off the ground.Altair took a fighting stance in the air.

"sorry i dont use nothing that fancy" he mocked "it just waste power to keep it focused like that."
he then closed his eyes and the wind picked up and formed a current around him and lifted him into the air where he then got into his own stance, his sword out to his side and his left hand holding what seemed to be an orb of metal for the time being.
the odd thing was the stance he was in was ment for ground fighting yet it seemed as if he was able to stand even though he was in the air.
it may have been how he was using the wind or it may of been something he had yet to make know, the fact was almost unknown but he was doing it.
"so you want the glory of attacking first or shall i?" he asked with a cocky tone
((not to much we are still basically fighting in the same place more or less))
