Kimiko bowed her head to Daire and giggled softly. Well it was nice to meet you! She offered, holding out her hand for him to shake.
Shinji held Lena close still, smiling as he looked to her. I've missed you, too...he said quietly before kissing her forhead, brushing her cheek with one hand, his other at the small of her back, as he moved his lips to meet hers. He let his eyes fall shut as their lips met, hoping everything her kiss brought before was still there after all of his stupidity and wandering off.

"Quite nice to meet you, too.." Daire said with a smile, reaching out to shake her hand after standing and brushing himself off. "See you around.." he said as he let loose her hand and started off towards home.
Lena's eyes fell softly shut as she moved her lips against Shinji's. She was so happy to just feel his arms around her again. She wondered why he'd been gone so long, but that didn't matter right now, she was just happy to have him back with her now.

Kimiko watched Daire make his way back through the woods before giggling to herself and disappearing, heading off to find Ryuji, wherever he might be.
Shinji smiled against Lena's lips, breaking the kiss gently as he looked to her. I'm glad you didn't find someone else...he sort of muttered, blushing deeply as he shook his head to himself. I was rather convinced that you would...or should...

"If I wanted to find someone else I would have..." Lena said with a bit of a sigh, she brushed his cheek gently as she looked up at him to say "I didn't want anyone else though... I wanted you...."

Shinji blushed deeply still as he looked to Lena, nuzzling some to her hand and holding her tight to himself. I don't think I'll ever understand why...he sighed, shaking his head slightly before pressing his lips to hers once more, inhaling slowly through his nose everything about her. He was never quite sure why she'd taken such a liking to him, as he was very plain compared to others...But he was definitely glad to have someone, despite the feelings that she was too precious for someone like him to hold.

Lena let her eyes fall shut once more as she held her lips against Shinji's, letting the kiss linger a bit longer before pulling away and resting her head on his shoulder as she said "I really don't know either.... I just do, and I'm quite sure that I always will..."

Lena...Shinji breathed, blushing deeply once more as his heart melted some in his chest. He let his eyes close again and held her close, resting his head to hers and letting her words repeat in his mind. He shook his head to himself and took a deep breath, shifting his arms to around her shoulders as he bent to kiss her cheek. You look adorable, by the way...he chuckled after a long moment, shifting to look to her clothing choice. Comfier than your gown, I take it? He offered a silly smile with the comment, wanting to blurt as well that she was beautiful no matter what she wore.

"Much.... it was far to hot to be wearing that thing when I left the house...." Lena said with a bit of a laugh. She thought for a moment about arguing the whole 'adorable' thing, but knew she'd get nowhere so decided not to bother. She simply smiled and leaned against Shinji and wrapped her arms around his waist.

This is a cute little alternative...Shinji laughed, brushing his fingers through Lena's hair. Have you eatten already tonight? He asked after a bit of silence, his fingers still brushing through Lena's hair in a slow but steady motion.

Shinji nodded, smiling softly as he rest his head to Lena's. That's alright - I was going to offer to cook for you, but we can save that for another time. He kissed her hair and sighed a long, slow exhale.

Shinji glanced up towards the treetops a moment before nodding. We could, if you want...he offered with a smile. Wherever you'd like to go, I'd gladly go with you...he told her, kissing her forhead before shifting to take her hand in his own.

Shinji paused and looked to Lena a moment, his expression almost surprised, but a smile formed very quickly and he nodded. Home sounds really good.
