Riyo seemed pleased by this new acquaintance. He was different! Very different. Peculiar even. She'd say she'd never met anyone like him, but that wasn't much of a surprise since she'd crawled out from under a rock not too long ago.
She stayed quiet as she listened to this man and Neko talk. Tower? Alley?... The other words caught her attention more than anything however. "Killing? Murderer?" She asked, more to herself then to the others. Her finger pressed against her lips. Eyes wide with thought. "Nyuuu.." She knew that to the ears of others, they weren't pleasant. And they shouldn't be to her either... But... Something about them. Her eyes narrowed as she tried to pull a memory back from the dephs of her mind. She took a few steps away from Neko and the strange man to think for a second, her eyes drifting towards the people walking by. "Monster..." She mumbled under her breath as her eyes watched a child walk by with his mother. Mother...

“Alright, we’ll meet you there,” Neko said as he watched Blade run off. Brow quirked he was beginning to wonder what his own mind was thinking. Now wasn’t the time to be off having fun while they were on the run, but at the same time the thrill that this game might entail was too overwhelming to resist. “Come on, Ri-” Neko looked to his side to find that Riyo was not where he had left her, or at least seen her last. Two minutes into his babysitting gig and he had already lost her, was the first things that came to mind.
It was then that his eyes fell upon Riyo in her current spot a few steps back. She seemed to be focused on a child and their mother as they went walking passed and she seemed to be mumbling something under her breath. Neko’s short ears gave a bit of a twitch trying to pick up what she was saying but his hearing wasn’t as great with these modified ears.
“Riyo?” Turning fully toward her he cocked his head to the side in a questioning manner. “Are you ready to go?” They would easily be able to walk out in the open with no problems, but he would need Riyo to stay close if she was going to come along. He was fairly certain she still shouldn’t be up and about but perhaps she had some sort of regenerative ability like himself? “I need you to stay close alright?”

Riyo shook her head and turned her eyes to Neko as he called her name. Go? Go where? To this... Tower place? It didn't matter. She was sure it'd be interesting. All this learning new things was fun! She nodded with a smile. But why did she have to stay close?
Then she realized. Ohhhh. There were tons of people around here. He didn't want to get lost! That's alright! Riyo would keep an eye on him! Yep yep! "Riyo stay close, nyu!" She said with a look of satisfaction.

Nodding to the two, Blade was just about to walk on down the stairs but he paused once again as he noticed Riyo acting like something was bothering her somewhat. He watched her and Neko for a moment though it seemed that everything was alright.
"Don't get in trouble on the way there."
Not wanting to take much more time, as it would take him a little longer to reach their destination, the thief headed down the stairs and towards the door. From there he carefully exited the inn and moved to the designated ally. It seemed that the guards had moved on from this area, but that was no reason to relax.

Turning with Hanse's gesture, Kitwana grimaced. "Oh, bother." He muttered, stepping up to Mitsu as she stared at the blank cards. She'd caught him unexpected, he typically didn't have to worry about people nosing through his things without him looking over them. Magic was his answer; All the better to draw the desired card. During a reading, he would have developed each card before drawing, and the entire deck if he anticipated accusation of trickery.
Before the wolf girl's eyes, the ink of the tarot cards came into view, looking as though the color was quickly bleeding through the parchment that had been blank only a moment before. In a second or two, the images on the cards were as clear as could be, and as far as anyone who hadn't witnessed the event was concerned it was nothing more than a normal deck. He'd enchant the whole stack of them, encase her curiosity drove her to draw another. Such an easy spell, but the fact that this girl had drawn a blank card made it awkward.
"I see you've discovered my tarot cards." He stated quietly, as he peered over Mitsu's shoulder. "Would you like me to tell you what that particular card signifies?" He gestured to the card she'd drawn first. "Or perhaps, a reading?"

Mitsu shook her head as Hitsu asked her a question. "N..no. I just found these cards, they look interesting." She went back to studying them for the time, still curious as to why they were blank.
Mitsu’s eyes grew wide as a picture bled through the card in her hand. What once was blank now held the picture of a horned creature and scripted letters read ‘The Devil’ at the bottom. Though for some reason the picture had appeared upside down so Mitsu had to turn it over to see it clearly. When the fox came up behind her and spoke up it seemed to startle her out of her trance and fascination with the magic of the cards in her hands making her nearly drop them to the floor.
Clutching the cards closely thinking she was in trouble Mitsu turned her crimson gaze up toward the shopkeeper, a nervous smile quirking the corners of her mouth. “S…sorry.” She held out the two cards in her hand, the devil on top and the second one below it still mysteriously blank. “Um, y…yes?” Mitsu wasn’t sure how to answer as she looked to Hitsu for support. Normally she was not asked to make decisions even when they regarded her.

Neko gave a nod to Riyo and gave her a quick pat on the head. “We’ll then, let’s be off.” From there they left the Inn as if all were normal. Neko checking back to make sure that Riyo was still with him. Following the thief’s directions they weaved their way through town until they found themselves at their destination. The tower. It seemed fairly well guarded from the front, but as night was falling fast cover of darkness was about to be on their side.
“Come on Riyo.” Neko gestured with his hand to follow as he made his way to the ally that had been designated as their meeting spot. He wanted to have a good time but at the same time he wanted to get back soon before he was missed.

right now, the only thing that poke wanted to do was to get out of this shop. She sighed, and from a distance watched mitsu with her tarrot cards. She was sure that there was something up with this fox, but it wasn't ebough to make her want to hang about, especialy with the dragon still here.

"Nyuu!~" She replied to Neko's statement and followed behind him as closely as she possibly could. Wow, this place was huge! It was like a giant maze of people and buildings. Unkind people, apparently, since she'd gotten her fair share of pushes on the way. She'd occasionally take her eyes off Neko and glance around into the crowd of people. So many of them... So many interesting scents. So many... Strange people.
Riyo automatically stopped as she saw the tower. "Nyuuuuuuuuuuuuu..." It was so... BIG. How in the world did people make this? Maybe! They have a giant hiding around here somewhere and he put the top bricks up there. That must've been it! Another mystery solved by the great Riyo. Hohoho, she was a genius. Though, Mrs. Genius got a little dizzy from staring up at the tower like that. She shook it off and looked over at where her name had been called. She trotted over to the alley and peeked in. Ooooh, a dark place. Perhaps they'd adventure here? Maybe there was a cave down that way? What a place this would be for a cave!

It took him awhile, but it wasn't too long before Blade had managed to make his way to the ally they were to meet. Though the sky was gradually darkening towards their favor, he still made sure to stick to the shadows to help keep himself unseen.
The thief arrived shortly after Riyo and Neko got there. Nodding to them for a moment, he looked over towards the tower nearby to try and think of ways they could enter.
"Glad to see you guys made it," he said quietly while looking over the tower as much as he can from their position. There were a few ways they could try entering from what he could tell, but at the moment he wasn't sure what would be best for them.

“Glad to see you could join us,” Neko nodded as he too turned his attention to the tower. A few possibilities ran through his mind but one seemed to stick out more than the rest. “That guard that happened to enter the Inn, do you by chance know his position maybe his name?” He wasted little time to formulate a plan in his mind, one that would use the one skill he had mastered, shape shifting. As long was whatever he was trying to mimic was around his own size give or take a little he would have no trouble, and the thought of sneaking in right under the noses of authority seemed to perk an interest in him.

Tilting his head at the question slightly, Blade took a moment to see if he could recall that particular guard. He knew not the reason why Neko would want to know, but he saw no harm in giving that sort of information if he happened to have it. It seemed that the cat demon had something in mind anyway.
"Hm... I think he is Lieutenant Hartril. I didn't get a chance to see his face but the voice seemed to match the name enough. Do you have a plan?"

Hanse smirked lightly at the shopkeeper's plight, and then used to his tail to swipe a clear path around him before making his way to the exit of his pitiful shop. He turned slightly before leaving, looking over his shoulder at the three girls, lingering over each of them for a moment, committing their appearance to memory before stepping out of the shop. ________________
Skye was taken aback, slightly. He blinked a few times, and leaned in a little as well. "I didn't realize it was viewed as such..." He tilted his head down as he then leaned back his chair. "Our views on the planet and its resources are vastly different..." His hand moved itself to his chin as he began to think partially outloud. "We must reduce our consumptions... convince the corporations..." His brow furrowed as if trying to develop a crafty plan to take over the world.

Neko gave a nod, “I think I do.” He remembered the guard’s appearance well enough so hopefully there would be no trouble. He placed the name and position in his memory incase someone were to call out to him. With that in mind his appearance began to shift. His features began to distort and change slowly settling into the appearance of the guard he had seen. His hair changed color to match, his height shorted a little, even his clothes began to change to match that of the lieutenant’s.
The transformation took some time but when it was done he was basically a mirror image of the guard that had seen at the Inn. His face seemed to have taken on the most changes and thus was a little uncomfortable causing Neko to rub at his cheeks and nose. It had been a while since he had done this and the shape shifting always left an odd sensation. “I won’t have much time in this form, but we can probably walk right in under their noses. Me as the lieutenant and you as my prisoner.”

Not expecting the transformation, Blade watched Neko shape shift into the guard that had shown up at the inn earlier that day. Impressed with this, the thief grinned as the face Neko now had matched the person known as Lieutenant Hartril.
"Nice..." he murmured.
A disguise of some sort to enter the building was an idea he had at first, but there was the problem of having to aquire the armor and such first. This was much better than he had in mind.
"Though... what about Riyo? Is she playing the part of prisoner as well? We.. could say she... was an accomplice of mine..."
The only issue he found with that was the fact that he had done most of his work alone. Then again, he could have had people helping him in secret ways or something along those lines.

Riyo's eyes bulged as she watched Neko change into a completely different person. "NyUUuuuuUUUUuuu..." Her mouth was agape. How the hell had he done that?!
She scooted over and gave him a poke or two. How HAD he done that? It must've been like what he'd done with his tail and ears! She stood up straight, rubbed her chin, and turned around.
SHE COULD DO THIS TOO. She bet it just took a lot of concentration. She thought about it for a second, trying to concentrate. The sad thing was, she didn't even know what she was concentrating on. The other sad part was, she was holding her breath.
After about 10 seconds, she sorta realized this and took in a big breath of air. She scratched her head with a raised eyebrow. How had he done that?
