Emma silently wandered the school. She was semi-lost in her thoughts. She walked past the Headmaster's door, then froze. 'Dean? What's this?' She thought back to the Headmaster's introductory talk with her. 'Oh yes, a leave of absence. I will need to meet him at some point then. If the Headmaster likes him, then I am sure he will be acceptable.'
As she was thinking, she made her way up to the second story. She saw the room 2D, 'Intermediate and Expert Air, Prof. Montoya.' So, here she was, a floor down then. Emma marked this mentally. She would need that piece of information for later. She knocked softly on the door, "Professor Montoya, are you in?"

As Jin rested out in the field, his concentration was inturupted by the sudden increase in heat he felt in the air not far behind him. He stood and turned, just as he saw Akira on the ground, a circle of flames around her in a protective manner it seemed. It was then, the flames died and the air returned to it's normal temperature. The only thing was, Akira hadn't moved after that. Jin took action and leaving his backpack he dashed towards her.
By the time he made it up the hill, Tsuki had beaten him to her. Still, he slowly approached them both, coming up on the other side of Akira and him too knelt down beside Akira. He heard Tsuki speak, but it seemed worthless as Akira still didn't move. He reached his hand out and gently touched her neck, looking for a pulse. There was one, but her skin... was cold. As if drained of energy.
"I think..." Jin spoke for the fourth time this day. He was breaking records here. It kinda surprised him, but he knew that sooner or later, he would have to start speaking to people. He couldn't be the mute one for ever.
"she drained herself. She needs to rest and regain her energy." He slowly retraced his hand, before turning his head to look at Tsuki, his dark brown eyes landed on her eyes, waiting to see if she would say anything.

Tsuki looked up as she heard someone approach, grateful for the help. She sat back as he took her pulse and watched the situation, waiting for something. His analysis gave her little hope; its only reassurance was that she knew something.

"What should we do? I heard its bad to pick up someone who fell unless you're a medical professional," she said, stating the conflict. Though since he did take her pulse, there was a chance. She looked at him as if to ask "are you a medical professional?"

"I could stay while you go get Ms. Montoya,"
she said. "The doctor," she clarified, remembering there were two.

Jin nodded at her statement. It was bad just in case they had injured themselves badly. He could see the question in her eyes. And sadly he wasn't. Jin stood as she made her last two statements, turning to look at her with a slight nod.
"Alright. I'll see if I can find her." Before he left, he closed his eyes. As he slowly opened them, now replaced with a dark gray, he placed his two hands together and slowly opened them. In between his hands, a sphere formed, sucking in the air around them at in intense rate. Once satisfied, he held the ball in his left hand, and with his right, he pointed it at Akira. As he raised his right hand, Akira slowly began to lift off the ground and floated about two feet in the air.
The sphere in hand, he shot it under Akira, and slowly dropped his hand. Akira still floated, which the sphere controlled and kept her afloat.
"That should help her relax better. Nothing it softer or lighter then air." He pointed out as he looked at the gym doors.
"I'll try and make it before I run out of energy. I haven't tried this really. So, hopefully this will be fun and determine where I am at in my power." He said with a faint smile before dashing through the gym doors, across the gym and into the hallway. He bolted towards the medical room, which he knew well where it was.

((Have fun))

There was a loud Bang! as the front doors leading to the University suddenly burst open. A large amount of rain, from a Thunderstorm above New York City, slammed into the elemental world and hammered at the floor violently before a figure, covered with a rain coat, stepped in and forced the rain back, forcing the doors closed.

Letting out an audible sigh of relief the figure forced back the hood covering his face. His red hair seemed to compliment his surroundings greatly and his gray eyes took in the view around him. Putting a hand inside the pocket of his rain coat he pulled out a neatly folded-in-half envelope. Unfolding it he looked at the School's name embroided in gold on the front. Then he started to hum the Stargate SG-1 theme as he stepped forward into what would be his new home for the next few years.

Exploring a bit he found himself standing in front of the Headmaster's doors with the "Out" sign in his face. Frowning slightly the young man knew he was a day early but he had nowhere else to go.

((Have a good time Meph-y ^.^ ))

Leah was just waving goodbye to Elfida as the two creatures swooped out the window, flying towards the mysteriously located stables on the campus, when she heard a knock on her door. Turning from the window, she heard the questioning voice from the other side. “Yes, I’m in, please enter.” Leah did not recognize the voice, it definitely wasn’t one of her students. Leah was still holding bag of sardines, which she realized as their fishy smell penetrated her thoughts.

Emma opened the door, and waved slightly over at the professor. "Hello, I'm Emma Nickelson, the new beginner air instructor. I was going to come see you for a discussion on what the students need to learn in my course before they advance to your level." She was doing it again....her and her rambling.

Akira twitched a bit lost in a deep dark place. She felt her body being lifted but all around her was still black. Akira tried the best she could to regain consciousness but it seemed she couldn't grasp it. Akira sucked in a deep breath of fresh air. She was getting closer. She waited a few seconds before trying to speak but it came out in an ear splitting wail. "...Ryu." Was the only word that was understandable throughout the scream. Then again every thing went black and this time she relived the memory that seemed to have happened an eternity. She heard Jake's voice. "...We can't get into this whole student/teacher relationship thing.' The hot tears began to fall from Akira's eyes but she couldn't feel them on her cold skin. Akira could feel her body temperature drop which was extremely bad for some one whose element was fire.

“Ah yes. Hello Professor Nickleson, may I call you Emma?” Leah now recalled the list that she and Liriale had looked over which contained an update on the newest arrivals to the school. Leah had meant to meet with Emma to discuss the same topic so it was most convenient for Emma to be here now. “Please make yourself comfortable, and let me return these smelly fish back into the cooler so they don’t continue to assault my nostrils.” Leah made a face and held the fishy bag a distance away from her as she made her way back to the front desk. Depositing the bag back into the cooler, she looked back up and returned to the back of the classroom near Emma and extended her hand in greeting. “Ah, much better, though my hand may smell a little fishy,” she said congenially. “Now, please call me Leah, and yes for students to enter the intermediate level course they will need a strong background in wind manipulation. Once in the intermediate course they will work on speed, and hopefully excel in wind / speed combinations, which will help them pass their advancement exams. In the expert level, they will learn how to harness the Tornado technique. All of these are only possible if they have a strong foundation in basic wind techniques. Mainly creating and dispelling gust of wind, creating effective air shields and air spheres of various sizes, as well as levitation of objects, including themselves.” Leah ran through her mental list, checking off those that she noticed her own intermediate students could use extra help on.

"Yes, you may call me, Emma. I don't stand on ceremony much, unlike our Headmaster," She paused and laughed a bit. "Oh I do dislike sardines, and most fish truthfully...why did you have such food in here?" Then she was quiet, and listened to her superior. "So, I need to increase manipulation strength, and speed if possible. And yes, I am aware of the Tornado. I have reached that level myself. Very dangerous, but useful when...it's needed." She became evasive, and her eyes darted away. Ah, yes, that was a world away now, but she would never, ever forget.

“The sardines were a treat for our resident Gryphon, Elfida, who participated in today’s lesson for Mythical Creatures elective course. Yes, the students should learn to maintain their control on their power at different intensities and keep their energy up. I think that is the current weakness plaguing all my intermediate students.” Leah commented as she reflected on her students’ demonstrations. Then noticing Emma’s slightly evasive manner, Leah knew not to chase the subject though she was curious, she enjoyed her discussions with Emma and would respect her privacy. As a wise friend once told her, “No one is without their skeletons hiding in the dark closet of their past.” Leah smiled at Emma. “Yes, we both realize the destructive and potential use of the Tornado technique. Well, I must return to my duties in the library, would you like to come with?” she asked.

"Oh yes, that's right, I forgot about your elective. And I'll be sure to keep a check on my own students then. Yes, though, I will follow you. I have my class plans ready so I have some time on my hands. Your company is enjoyable," Emma replied. She rather liked Leah's manner, and personality. Emma could read the curiosity on her face, and was grateful for a noninvasive friend.

A boy walks into the main hall and looks around. He looks very out of place among the Victorian style building due to the fact that he is wearing a black kimono that depicts demons fighting a brutal battle, a pair of hakama for pants, and wooden sandals for shoes. He has snow white hair and red eyes like a certain teacher at the school. This boy's name is Sougun. He begins to walk up the steps to the second floor. He hears two voices talking and decides to follow them to see who was talking. He gets to a room and looks inside, he sees two women that are talking. Ooooo people. "Hello" he says with a small gentle smile.

“Your company is equally enjoyable, you must meet my cousin Liriale sometime soon, I believe she is in her medical office right now finishing up some things in there. She was going to join me in the library as usual after classes end and……” Leah was explaining to Emma and was about to open the door when it opened itself revealing a smiling student. Leah caught in surprise at the student's unique taste in traditional Japanese garb, took only a mere second to collect herself, then smiled back. “Why hello, may we help you?” she asked.
