Itaku looked around, he remembered this town from the Ferris Wheel. It was the one with the airport. He heard Arekku mention that the gym leader wasn't in. So much for a gym battle, he followed Arekku as Smoochum let herself out of her pokeball. She waddled besides Itaku and was clearly enjoying this town's weather.
" This is quite the little place isn't it Arekku?"

Arekku looked to Nick, "Careful! I hear there are some pretty powerful pokemon in the area! Then again, we are Pretty powerful ourselves, yeah?" He nodded to Itaku, "Yeah it is... Hmm... Alright, Here's the deal, fight two to four pokemon and meet me at the base of Celestial Tower. Looks like the pokemon in this area might be a little out of your guy's catching range, so I'm sure that if you look hard enough you'll find some of their basic stages. Cubchoo, Deerling, Patrat, Watchog, Blitzle, Zebstrika, and Foogus are what looks like you guys can find around here. Hm? Oh! Looks like there are a few other pokemon in those shaking spots over there!" He said pointing the the rustling areas.
*Underlined names are the ones you guys can catch. Plus Audino and Emolga.
"See you at Celestial Tower!" He called heading into the absurdly tall grass.

Rex would've loved to come on the training mission and all, but he had more important things to do(homework). He watched over the Frillish.

Nick was torn between catching a wild Pokemon in Route 7 or one within the Tower. He approached Arekku with a question. "Arekku? What kind of Pokemon live in the tower?" he asked, weighing out his choices.

Arekku sent out a message to anyone back at HQ that told them that if they found the time, they were all welcome to join the group in Unova on Route 7, and then added all the details of what they were currently doing. He looked at Nick, "Uhm, the pokemon in the tower..." He checked his TADS, "Uh, looks like Litwick and Elgyem..."
That, of course, was before a Foongus and a (Winter form)Deerling approached him. "Ohhh~!"
(NOTENOTENOTE*** I have to go for dinner I'll be back in a few, I won't be long I promise!)

"Elgyem and Litwick, huh?" Nick said, walking away. He checked his TADS for both of them. Elgyem was an alien Psychic from another world, while Litwick was a fire type Nick had needed for a long time. "They're both so cool... Not to mention there's also Audinos out here, which would help him out as a Medic. This really tore at Nick, as he was unsure on what to do normally, and this only made it worse.

Rex was a little sad he couldn't go on the mission. He brought out his TADS and sent a message to Arekku.
Bring me back a souvenir? The message said.
(NOTE:Am typing on iPod, would join mission but it's a pain in the burro to type too much.)

Itaku walked over and patted Nick on the back. With a smile he attempted to help him out.
" Well what you have here is a choice between the practical and impractical...a fire type would really be helpful, however you chose the path of medic. Not only does Audino heal but it has potential to be a grand battler or perfect partner in a double battle. I myself caught one earlier!!!!"
* He smiled and ran off to the darker grass.*

Nick decided to step into the Celestial Tower. The second he went in, he could feel the same overwhelming sensation of being watched that he had gotten while in Mt. Pyre. He didn't like it very much, and turned to leave. However, Nick found his his path blocked by a trio of Litwick. "Litwick!" they cried in unison.
"Umm... Yes. Now can I please leave?" Nick pleaded, getting unnerved by the strange, familiar feeling. They all shook their heads no. "Oh, come on! Why won't you let me through?!" he asked, tossing out two Poke Balls. "Go, Ecto and RNA! Get in there, Zero." he motioned for his Totodile who had been behind him to join the fight. "Alright, let's hurry this up. I want to leave this place NOW. Zero, Aqua Jet. RNA, Transform, and Ecto, use Hex." Nick said, starting to get annoyed.
From the shadows, a Pokemon observed the ongoing battle. "Elgyem?" it asked curiously, floating on over behind Nick, who was too caught up over the fact these little candle Pokemon were so weak, a single Aqua Jet killed them, and a Hex badly hurt them. "Huh." Nick rolled his eyes, forgetting he even wanted to catch one. Their retaliation wasn't powerful at all, just some weak Fire Spins which didn't do significant damage to any Pokemon.
"Zero, finish the other one. RNA and Ecto, hit the weak one with a Hex, both of you." Nick commanded, feeling victory had come too easily. The three Litwick fell to the floor, not putting up much of a struggle. "Finally. I can get out of here." Nick attempted to rush out the door after recalling his team. However, he was stopped short by another Pokemon hovering before the door. "Oh, what now?!" he exclaimed, readying Zero's Poke Ball to dispatch the enemy quickly.
"El... Elgyem..." it calmly said, lifting a finger. It poked Nick in the forehead, and as if by magic, all of Nick's feelings vanished. "Elgyem." the alien stated again. "Yes... I will take you to my leader." Nick said in a blank tone. He walked out of the Tower and approached Arekku. "Here is my leader." Nick stated blankly once more.

"Go Kimmy and Gimlet!" Arekku called, putting his Vibrava and Grimer into battle, "Kimmy, Earth Power!" The Vibrava planted her feet firmly on the ground, sending a shock wave out that cause, what looked like a bomb to go off beneath the Foongus, fainting it almost instantly. The Deerling turned it it's sights on Kimmy, blasting a large green ball of energy at her. The ball collided with her, face, causing a critical hit. She went down like a light, "Oh my... K-Kimmy..." He picked her up, "Have a good rest girl..." He smiled, returning her, "Alright, Gimlet, use Mud Bomb!" The Grimer nodded, spitting up a blob of mud smacking the Deerling in a face, lowering it's accuracy. Deerling raced forward, leaping high into the air, only to come tumbling down hurting itself from it's Jump Kick. "Gimlet, use Thunderbolt!" gimlet nodded, electricity crackling around it's body. the bolt jumped from Gimlet to the Deerling, effectively paralyzing it. "Go, Great Ball!" He called tossing his last pokeball of that type.

.......Ding! The Deerling was caught. The ball transported away to his PC. He made his way to the Celestial Tower with Gimley and Donson following him.
Arekku noticed Nick looking funny and the Elgyem following him, "What the...? Nick snap out of it!" He waved his hand in front of the Grunt's face, then looked up at the Elgyem, "You have some serious explaining to do..."

Ice_Wolf_Demon Arekku noticed Nick looking funny and the Elgyem following him, "What the...? Nick snap out of it!" He waved his hand in front of the Grunt's face, then looked up at the Elgyem, "You have some serious explaining to do..." The Elgyem poked Nick on the back, and he suddenly snapped up, projecting a voice that was not his own. "My race came to this planet 50 years ago. We crash landed in a large desert. Your race tried capturing us in little balls, so we fled where no one would bother us. We fled into this tower, and now you come to attack us again. Is it not bad enough we lost our planet to invadersm but we are attacked in this one as well?" the Elgyem retreated its finger and Nick fell to the floor, short of breath.

*Itaku was wandering around in the tall grass unable to see anything. Frostine was up on his shoulders looking around the gross. Rumor has it pokemon fought in pairs within these grasses. It seems that that the pokemon were friendly enough to work together to combat against enemies. Itaku was wandering when he was attacked by two pokemon. A cute bear looking thing, and a deer with a shimmering winter coat. This town was quite cold, and the bitter grasp of winter hadn't left it yet.
" It's a fight you want huh...okay. Come on out Marrow!!!!" Frostine jumped off of Itaku's shoulder as Marrow appeared from the ball. The two were willing to work together after there battle with Fantina. " Marrow Bone Club on that little cute bear, Fantina Blizzard on that deer!!!!" The powerful snow whipped up by Frostine hit the Deerling with great force damaging it greatly. It quickly fled for whatever reason, Itaku was questioning this when a shadowy hand grasped him on the back. The little Cubchoo immediately lashed out at the shadow with a Night Claw, a Litwick appeared from the illusion greatly damaged it fled to Celestial tower. The little Cubchoo giggled on jumped onto my shoulder.
" You want to help me teach those guys a lesson??? Sure why not, this could be fun." Itaku waved to his two pokemon who began to follow him. They headed towards Celestial Tower where Arekku said to meet.

"I am not here attack you. I am here for the tower itself. Something I feel that I need to do... It lies at the top of the tower." He said, looking up as far as his vision would allow. "But! Nick on the other hand... He might not be so pleased toward you invading his head and using him as your puppet." Arekku crossed his arms, his head cocked slightly to the side. "Nick, how do you feel about it?"
Gimlet went over to the Psychic pokemon, looking up it it with curiosity in his eyes. "Gribber! Grii~ Ber!" Came his nasal cry, requesting to shake hands with it.

"... What?" Nick wheezed, breaking free of the Elgyem's control. "Well, I think this is rather uncalled for. I was just leaving that accursed tower you call home, and you rudely take me over." he said, mildly annoyed. Elgyem looked down at Gimlet and tilted its head to the side. "..." It was a Poison type, and he could easily have the advantage in a fight. But he decided not to be bothered with it.
Elgyem poked Nick's back again, to which Nick snapped back into proper posture in response and began talking again. "I have chosen to allow myself to be captured by one of you in your little... Poke Balls is it? To conduct research on your species, so we may one day live together in peace." Elgyem released his finger again and shook hands with the Grimer, albeit unwillingly.
