My friends are a bad influence, I skipped work too. Admittedly I consider skipping work a lot so it wasn't exactly difficult. We also convinced Aniu to skip class. Petrey did go to class but only because she had 34 drawings due and she wouldn't have gotten credit if she didn't go. Now we are hanging out until she gets back and then probably getting dinner. We are in a conference room, drawing on the white board.

gonk I tried shoveling more, and my lower back started to like, the muscles squeezed up or something, but it wasn't a cramp.
I don't care how warm it is, if I hurt my back doing it two days ago, and my back was still sore when I tried to do more yesterday, then it's probably going to still hurt if I do it today too.

Yeah, but if you keep doing it even though it hurts, your body will eventually adapt.

Cabron the Swan Yeah, but if you keep doing it even though it hurts, your body will eventually adapt. If by adapt you mean I'm going to permanently be in a hunched position so that I can't feel the pain when I sit up right, then yes, it'll adapt. :C

Yeah, when I first started going to the gym and then when I started weight lifting my body hurt sooo badly. But you just keep it up and eventually your muscles adjust to the strain and get stronger. It took awhile, but it happened.

If by adapt you mean I'm going to permanently be in a hunched position so that I can't feel the pain when I sit up right, then yes, it'll adapt. :C I used to shovel 6-8 hours a day for up to a week at a time during my winter suspensions and my back is fine. It blows, but if you've decided that you're going to do it, there's no point putting any more negativity into it; anticipating the pain certainly won't make the job any easier.

I had no idea how stupid the Chatterbox can get. XD
I've heard stories, but when I went in there for the first time in years, oh my God.

That height is the same height for everywhere on our property, except for the path I shoveled from the road to our front door a couple days ago. My mom would like for me to shovel from the front, to the side of the house, and then to the end of the back yard where we have the garbage bin. It almost goes up to my crotch! gonk

You could also make yourself a nice snowy canvas, drink a lot of water, and create a modern-day masterpiece in white and yellow.
