I usually try laying down and watching TV or sleeping. Maybe pop an asprin and or drink something warm like green Tea.
Thats the list of stuff that usually works for me.

Well, I'ma take my time to read on whats been going on so I'll post after.
And I've been having computer trouble, so I finally just ended up replacing my motherboard and upgrading my power supply. Problem solved.
