"Just my luck then. Must be that lady's curse." Nick sighed, face palming. "Wait, did you say Dream World? How?" he asked, looking back up at him. He had heard about that in an old tale.

"Not sure." Rex sighed. "I mean before I joined Aqua, I only had involuntary trips to the Dream World once or twice, but now they seem to be more frequent." Rex said. "I am not sure what think about it though." Corphish used a Crabhammer back at Zero.

"Kurt used to tell me stories about a pink Pokémon with a floral pattern. He said it was a key to the Dream World. Did you ever come in contact with something like that?" Nick asked, intrigued. He wanted to visit the Dream World, but he always thought he needed one of those odd Pokémon.
A little dazed, Zero playfully bit down on Corpish's tail. Ecto observed and turned away, floating towards Heracross.

Rex sighed. "No I don't believe I have come in contact with a Munna." Rex said. "They weren't around the area I lived in the Unova Region."

Itaku walked into the base grumbling something inaudible under his breath. He had been out doing work all day, he hoped to complete at least two missions today. He figured he could get one done before he sleeps. He walked in and waved to both Rex and Nick.
"Oh hey guys how are you two doing. Rex have any luck figuring out the dream world yet?. Rex how are you settling have you chosen a class yet? I've decided on coordinator it seems like a lot of fun and Blaze, Frostine and Marrow have taken. quite the liking to contest battling. Sadly I haven't gotten a chance to meet Fantina yet..." The teen was smiling as he settled in the kitchen with some tea.

"Fascinating..." Nick blinked. "I want to catch one so I myself may go into the Dream World. I have heard it is a wonderful place." he laid back a little, thinking of cute Pokémon everywhere.

Rex sighed. "At the moment, it is not." Rex sadly said. "It is being slowly destroyed by something....not sure what it is though." Rex sat on the sand as it began to rain.

Nick looked up at the rain, then back at Rex. "Then why are we just sitting here? We can do something about it. Even if the two of us can't, I'm sure Ginji, Tommy, and Arekku can help us..." Nick stood up. "But... Something... I'm sure you must have felt its presence, right? How did it feel?" Nick asked.
The Pokémon scrambled back to Nick, except for Buddy and Zero. Zero happily danced in the rain while Buddy continued to not care much for what was happening around him.

"It's not that simple." Rex said. "You see, I get sent to the Dream World at random, not by choice." Rex said. "It's too unstable for more than one person to go in." Rex said. "Especially if we went in all at once." Rex sighed. "The Pokemon there are almost invincible, except, they were too weak to battle whatever evil has grasped the Dream World."

"Well..." Nick started. "If it exists in the Dream World, then it might probably exist in the real world. What if we found it in the real world and attacked it?" Nick asked, wondering what he would think of that. "For all we know, it could be a Pokémon!" Nick said, Hobbes climbing onto his head.

Tommy listened to the banter of Rex and Nick while crunching on a bowl of mini wheats. He wolfed the bowl of cereal down voraciously, and then poured himself another bowl. In this way, he consumed three bowls of cereal before being content.

"I am positive it is here in the real world." Rex said. "But if it could defeat the Pokemon in the Dream World, where they are at their most powerful, then Pokemon in the real world wouldn't stand a chance." Rex returned all his Pokemon. "You just need to learn a little thing called recon, that's what I do when I get sent in." He looked out towards the horizon. "Learning new info and stalling this evil."

"It appears you need to learn a little recon yourself since we know nothing of this beast..." Nick teased him, punching him on the shoulder playfully. "Then I have an idea. Why don't some of us ambush it in the Dream World, and some of us in the real world?" he asked.

"I know enough of the beast to know that it is very dangerous." Rex said. "Archie himself created it, unless the beast is using this form as a disguise, let me look into things a little more." Rex took out a small notebook and was writing something in it. "Your plan is great and everything but, once again, it is not safe to go into the Dream World until it is officially available to the public."
