Rex woke up rejuvenated from yesterday. He decided later today he would revise the mission he submitted the other day. He was ready to go and wondered what excitement he would get into today.

Nick awoke near the teleporter exit that lead to Cameran Palace. He grumbled, having had spent the night in a makeshift camp. He had been waiting for Tommy, who did not show. "I guess I got ditched. Oh well." Nick ventured down the trail to gather the scrap metal. Placing it in his bag, he returned to the teleporter and took down his camp. "Shame... I guess Tommy would still like this metal, though." Nick said to himself.
After emerging in the Team Aqua HQ, he placed the scrap metal as neatly as he could on a table in the main room. Finding a pencil and paper, he left a note 'For Tommy, from Nick. Gonna do missions, see you later.' Satisfied with his work, Nick once again ventured to the Mission Board. "Hmm... A mission about Bikes? Maybe this can replace mine." he said to himself, heading towards the teleporter leading to Mauville.

Rex laughed. The kid went on missions all the time. Now that wasn't a bad thing but, did the kid just ever relax?

Nick walked into the HQ, clearly disgruntled. He muttered something about Rydel, and then sat down on the couch, watching the TV. Nothing much was on, so he was stuck watching a Pokémon Contest. "Come on out, guys." he called out his team, letting them roam the HQ lobby to entertain themselves.
Zero played hide-and-seek with Ecto and Hobbes while RNA teased them and tricked them into losing. Buddy sat beside Nick, interested in the Contest. "Oddish..." it said, captivated by the beauty of it.

Rex sat on the couch, still revising his mission. He didn't have much else to do.

Rex left for a few minutes to go submit his revamped mission. He came back after a couple minutes. He was tired of doing nothing. He decided to go out to the Beach.

Returning from his mission, Nick decided to spend the afternoon on the beach. He had spent so much time doing missions, he hadn't had a chance to enjoy the beauty of the island. "Hello, Rex!" Nick greeted the fellow Aqua as he took his first steps onto the beach.

"Yeah... I know. I should take things easier." Nick walked up to him. Zero made a beeline for the shore, where it splashed around playfully. Ecto floated around, occasionally dipping himself into the water with Zero. Buddy merely rooted himself to the sand, draining nutrients from the ground. Hobbes rested on Nick's shoulder as RNA harassed Zero and Ecto.
"I see you're back from a mission as well." Nick noted.

"Yeah, it's been awhile since I went on a mission." Rex said. "The actual report took a couple tries but I finally got it submitted at good standards." Rex sent out his Pokemon.
Corphish went to go play with Zero, Rex's own Joltik clinged to his back, Cyndaquil slept at Rex's feet, Treecko found a rock to relax on, Aron was smashing smaller boulders, and finally, Heracross was sapping milk from coconuts. Rex smiled. "And those are just the Pokemon on my team, I also have a Aipom and Darumaka." Rex gave Nick a thumbs-up. "Your doing pretty good for a rookie, heck, before you were around, I was the noob, no offense." Rex said.

"Well, I know I'm a rookie. Every group has one, right? I guess it's just my role for now." Nick laughed, sitting down. "As for my actual role in the team, I'm afraid I definitely am not an Aura Guardian." he snickered, almost over his failure. "But I got knighted, so I guess that's pretty cool." he said, holding up a Escavalier badge pinned to his chest.

"Well you see, I was given the Scepter of Sir Aaron by the Queen, and it just did not channel my aura. I felt no special connection with it, anyway." Nick shrugged, watching Zero splash Corpish.

"Oh." Rex said. "I'm pretty sure I was one, considering I found the Scepter hidden in the playroom." Rex said. Corphish freaked out from getting splashed and used a Surf.

"Well, good on you! Why did you decide to take up that mission? And by any chance, were you attacked by a Dark Knight?" Nick asked before gazing over to the beach. "Totodile!" Zero cried, responding to the Surf with an Aqua Jet.
