For one she likes to get to know people a LITTLE before jumping into an RP, that's how she is. IC and OOC Well I'm talking to her now over PM IKR? I know I've been in guilds before where I try to talk, I would feel ignored and leave. Then I'd get pms asking WHY I left, y'know?

She needs to just jump into the conversations a bit more. You can't throw out a few hello's and expect everyone to drop what they're doing and pay attention! Tell her to join in already!
