Streamjumper He'll hire you... especially after the psychotic email I sent him describing the things I'd do to him after hunting him down if he didn't hire you. An update, since I've only raved about this to Suyo: By checking status on the email, the other fellow has read it. sweatdrop He has not replied. I am hoping that this means, at the very least, that the position has not yet been filled, else I would assume he would email straight back to say so. I suspect this means that I've got some chance, at least. And if not this place, I've found 3 others that are in the general area which also sound good. I'll probably email all three tomorrow if I don't hear back from this fellow.

dot_com Where did "bunny with a pancake on it's head" come from anyways? sweatdrop I've seen several other photos of that same bunny with other breakfast foods on its head. sweatdrop I suppose somebody just thought it was a cute thing to do and posted the images. Then, like Stream said, somebody at Somethingawful just found the image and added the text. That'd be my random guess, anyway.

The vacancy was originally posted in April. sweatdrop So I'm not sure how applicable the usual expectations are. Most of the jobs I'm looking at have been open/available for quite a while. Colorado's a pretty veterinarian-saturated state, but overall there are a lot more positions than there are people in the U.S. Lots of positions stay open for months if not years. Jobs have been disappearing from the website, so I'm assuming they're mostly getting taken down when somebody's been hired, anyway.

Depending on how working during the year goes I may be able to cover for both of us pretty well, but it'd certainly be an experience. Not to mention we'd actually have to work at our Ultragunner/Zulwarn Cosplay... xd Edit: -without Kaiser over shoulder- Frankly... I'm concerned that my brother wouldn't be allowed to go, my parent's aren't exactly gung ho about traveling cross country to go to events that don't have a serious impact on 'important' things in their eyes. Now, there's not much they can do for me, but Kai'll only be sixteen...
