You know what? If any of you are unhappy with the job I'm doing, you can just leave. Seriously. I'm doing the best I can, and all you're doing is complaining. I've PMed more people in the past three days than I have in the past year on Gaia. I'm constantly trying to read join requests, decline the bad, accept the good, be more lenient so as suggested, but also try to keep the noobs out. People love to disregard the rules I wrote, or if they do read them, they just skim them, so now I'm rewriting them, hoping that maybe someone will pay attention. I feel bad about the noobs I ban, and it's irritating when a noob PMs me asking why they were declined. I can't just tell them it was because they were a noob, so I have to put it lightly. Almost every PM I sent was hand typed, no copy and pasting, either, because each person is just a little different. I've read so many join requests I start to feel sick. I try to get people to help, and they do for awhile, but it seems like the work just never ends. I go to my profile to just see noobs posting on it about my guild. I keep working at this, and it just pisses me off when it seems like people do nothing but complain. >_<

You could make a test.
Make a thing for the join request, and in the middle of the rules, put down a codeword saying "Codeword for joining request"
So you know if they read them.

We're not saying you're doing a bad job dude. You do better than every mod in the VGD, though that isn't saying much. You got the Cult this far, so I'm not questioning your judgment.
Plus, would we still be here if it was that big of a deal?

Plus, would we still be here if it was that big of a deal? Yeah, you are doing a lot better Job than all of us could do [OTHER NEWS] Colorado Rockies are in the Playoffs.... not that anyone else here cares

I keep working at this, and it just pisses me off when people do nothing but complain. >_< ...I never saw it like that, I guess after the cult started winding down, I forgot that you are like the only guy who probably looks at any join requests. look if you need help, i'm available. i don't care if i help just until the flow settles back down, i'm capable of helping, and i will. just tell me what you need. but for now I can tell what you need is less complaining from some members. so i'm gone for the night. g'night all.
