It is called Kink's Reprise.
There are all kind of Items in which can change your skin color or look.
Look around in the market place, or ask around to different people. There are several several different looks you can create ranging in all kinds of price ranges.
Kink's Reprise cost me about 40k, comes with the blue skin, a funky hair due, a set of eyes, and a rediculous skin tone.
One of the best ways to find all of these fun filled skins is to go to www.tektek.org click on the dream avatar link and then once that page loads up, pick what ever base you want for your avatar, then go to items. Once there the drop down arrow on the left side *It reads: Item Type* -above all the check boxes- you can load up all sorts of skins by selecting the skin option. ^^

You can then take the item name and look it up in the market place, and if you have the money buy it.
