That's just him misinterpreting a lot of things...
His actual rank is Chuunin, though it says Onin (should be Oinin) / Genin at different times in his header (since he never bothered to update it).
...recently he was 'promoted' to Jounin by Ty (unrightfully so if you ask me... and I refuse to accept him as a Jounin until he earns it properly)
As for the other Oinin, that's actually just his Oinin cell name (diadem is his real name, 'Silent flame' is the name he uses when he has his mask on.

VanillaBear 166 The first two are the same I just changed the pick and layout as for the Silent Flame itshsi feild name when he goes on an a mission with Oinin.Its to reveal little information.Nakrosa has one two so like I said same person different layouts and as for the copy and pasting thing I didnt know it wasnt acceptable back when I was in it before it was allowed as long as some form of differentiation was there.I apologize and promise not to do it anymore

havikthecold So around 10 days ago Diadem was a Genin?
I'm trying really hard to crack down on this now that I have authority though. (which is why I busted him down to Chuunin and I'm making him earn his Jounin.)
I've been wanting to run Chuunin exams for a while... maybe I'll just spearhead it and up and do it soon.

Well thats not fair if... I should have just killed him off when he came to my village. Now that this all surfaced it would have been easy seeing as how 10 days ago he was learning Genin level jutsu.... This is giving me a head ach...
@Cobra:On another note I know you have alot on your plate and now you are gonna try and out together Chunin exams so I offer my help if there is anything I could help with I would be more than glad to ^.^
[I know I am new to RPING and useing guilds from gaia all together but I like this guild and the people so I figure the only way I am going to learn the ropes are if I offer my help and learn as I go.]

That's a big part of my lenience right there Cobra, Vanilla. IF I'd been the kind of Kage I could have/should have been, then he would still be a Genin. But I trusted him on his level of Rping, and well... it bit my butt hard. And other leniency? That would be letting my little Genin get away with disrespecting me, ignoring my commands... most of it really is on Mauske now that I think about it.
And as for promoting Vanilla to Jounin - I said he was a good pick, not that he should automatically be promoted. Vanilla had asked me a few hours before that went down if I would promote him to Jounin, and I told him no flat-out. But still, don't think I'm fit to be Kage in this guild. THings like what happened kinda emphasize it.
And yes, I was making people do at least fifteen posts to repair partially destroyed areas, if any of them hadn't already been half-rebuilt already, they would have had to do more.
On a side note - May I suggest that we start giving training to Genin who have completed missions? It'll probably help slow down the rapid kind of powering up that Vanilla put his Genin through.
(Canon rant to back up Cobra's a while ago-
Ge means low
Chuu means middle
Jou means high
Oi means hunter
Thus we have the
Genin
Chuunin
Jounin
Oinin - - - I was reading a book on the history of ninja, the whole Kage thing is completely Narutoverse - in reality, Jounin were few and far between, and they were the leaders)
EDIT:
I'd help out with the Chuunin Exams, but last time I tried running an Exam in this guild... we had two people sign up for it.

If Ronnel said he was not a Jounin Yet he pranced around saying how "strong" he was I think he should have to go threw the Chuunin exams befor being promoted.

...the whole reason I created the 'Level Up profile' thread was to enforce this very concept.

Cobra, I've run into a couple of bumps in my profile.
1) Are there allowed to be Rurouni? (Wanders, people who don't belong to a set village, but walk around countries, and things like that.)
2) Are RPC's allowed to have pets, if they are not part of the Inuzuka clan; but don't use the pets for fighting?

Haha... no matter how many times I want a sickening, gruesome video about meat eaters in an attempt to make people be anti-meat, I still want to eat meat. It's too damn good. u.u;;

However, just because you are aligned with one village, doesn't mean you have to stay there all the time.
2) Sure, if you want to have a pet that's fine, so long as it doesn't have any special qualities to it. (I will note however that having a pet follow you around all the time when its not capable of doing anything is an ENORMOUS liability to the Shinobi lifestyle)
