I mean... what do people do on dates again? sweatdrop ...I'm oddly reminded of Kin's question from one of the last AIM chats... sweatdrop As for these date things, I've read about them. I hear people do stuff. ...Which question was that? sweatdrop I can't remember most of them.

Shoujo Phoenix After this semester is over (in a couple weeks) I need 4 classes to transfer! surprised That's so exciting. I don't understand people who go to a JC for 3+ years to get the normal "2" years out of the way. It completely blows my mind. ... sweatdrop

Peppermint Elf I hate hares. stare *stretches fingers* crying I showed a few of the artists from a few of the smaller webcomics I was hanging around with at Connecticon this weekend a few samples of your hares (I had mentioned them to one of them of Friday, and she was interested... I suspect she'll be ordering a few of the still available ones), and they really liked em. I'll give more details later, but I got to talk with Daniel Kevin Harrison (a new va) and Dave Williams (co-founder of ADV), dinner one evening with Steve Bennet (who has worked as an animator with Noboru Furusai and been in Gettysburg), and several meals with Tiffany Grant (Luna knows her from a smaller local con, ConBUST)... as well as having hung out with Brian Clevanger (8-bit Theater), Mookie (Dominc Deegan: Oracle for Hire), Tim Buckley (Ctrl Alt Del), Woody Hearn (GU Comics), Brian Carrol (Instant Classic), Ian and Matt from MacHall (Ian no longer has quite so long hair due to having been left unsupervised with a pair of non-safety scissors when curiosity/creativity struck), and a bunch of webcomic artists having their first years at Connecticon... Shockingly, I seem to have established myself firmly in the memories of many CtCon attendees of the last two years... far more people remembered me that I though would have... I can understand the ones I dealt with a lot, like the Komiku-Gals, but people remember questions I've asked on panels and hearing me reccomend shows to other people... a few even asked me what new shows of the last year I'd reccomend... eek My ego is stoked, but I remain perplexed as to these powers I seem to have acquired from exposure to a yellow sun, Pocky, and Jolt.

Kyle_Rayner Skizzors ..it was during the commercials. He couldn't even wait for the movie to start.
But here come the REGULAR commercials. And by regular, I mean household products, not movie trailers. Coke, Diet Coke, Tide, GAP, on and on. Twenty-seven minutes of movies trailers and commercials. Cost me nearly fifty bucks for me and my date, and a fourth of that spent on commercials?! Im pissed too! I feel ya Skizz' dad! Im gonna go see Superman next year, and then Im just gonna watch movies on Pay-Per-View.
I have a surround sound. I have a comfy chair. I have good popcorn. And BONUS: I have clean floors and bathrooms. Eff the theatre. 3nodding
@Dot: Makes sense.By the time I get done with the backlog I might add my 2... hundred cents to this.
