Arrow hadn't even (gotten the chance to) kiss the adept's chest before, so he is a bit surprised when it happens. He pulls away a bit, not really because he doesn't like it, just because it surprised him, "A-arrow..."

The adept tries to stop letting it freak him out, and rather quickly adapts to the new sensation, even making a bit of a sound when Arrow starts reaching into an area that would be better described as stomach than chest.

Fox is either blushing, or flushed, and he'd be hard pressed to say which. He kisses back, and wraps his arms around the scout, "There especially, huh?"
