And, even so.
I'd rather not have the banner in the bloodline.
Besides, if people know the village and rank banners exist, I'm sure they could figure out that bloodline banners are there as well.

Now you just have to have a Hatsuyuki, which is rank D, and you can have two out at once, out!
When I first made it, all you could do was make it snow.

That's ten chakra per cloud. And THEN we have to use a technique, which is at minimum another ten chakra.
So like, I'm spending twenty chakra to make a snowball?
And then if I send one into the sky for a snowing technique, I have to summon a cloud and then use chakra to make it snow.
And now I gotta make my second cloud with another ten chakra, and can't make no more!
It's not offensive, it's restricted to all blegumsmargen!!
