So to break up what I usually do on Saturday I went out and saw a movie (when I should have been trying to battle at the tournment since it appears my schools Wi-Fi is crapping out on me). The movie I saw was Paranormal Activity 2. It was good. Very good. It's kept my heart racing at the last half.

I take it you haven't seen the first one have you?
It's only scary if you thought the first one was scary. I thought the first one was a good film and it did make me jump and my got my heart to pumping.
And I went into PA2 thinking "I got this. It's just going to be the first movie again but with different people. I got this. I'm gonna laugh the entire time." And I did start off laughing. Something would happen, people screamed, I laughed..... then it got to the point where something would happen, people would scream, and I would sit there in dead scilence.

>____< Gee. That's very uncomfortable. Actually, I'm terrified of scary movies. Things like that make me afraid of just about everything, mundane or abnormal. Soooo yes. I did not see the first.

In that case then NEVER watch either films. You will be paranoid for weeks if not months afterwards.
I'll be honest and say I had some trouble sleeping last night and I know stuff like that can't happen and even if they do I know how to handle it. The three semi-trucks going down the road one after another at 3 AM didn't help.

Hahaha... sure, just blame the semis. I know the real reason!
>___< But yes. I guess I was tempted to watch for a minute... and then nada. Maybe that's a good thing. >___>;;

I think the bad thing about the movie is, while the trailer spoils some of the good parts.... it still doen't touch what happens...
The last half had me watching every inch of the screen to see what was going to happen, and dreading every minute of it.

D: That's....kinda terrifying. Most times the trailer is all there really is to a movie. D: So do you ever actually see anything...? >_< My minion at work tried explaining the first movie's ending to me.... but I'm not sure I got it.

You mean where the demon DRAGS her out of the bed down the hall while also shutting the door to prevent her boyfriend from getting right to her.
And you don't see the demon... at all.... unless you count the shadow of it WHEN it wants you to see it.
And the sequel is worse. Oh so much worse.... this times there's nobody to stop the demon when it drags the woman off.

D: whaaaaat? Demon? Why in the name of all that is holy did they bring demons into it? ;_; That's downright evil. I feel better about watching the movie, tho, oddly enough.

Because that's what it's always been. Oh yeah, at first it's like "It's just a ghost" but no.... it's a demon.....
First film was better about it. It's a demon, it's a b*****d and scares them and the boyfriend being a dumbass makes it worse by doing stuff like trying to talk to the demon when his girlfriend is away and bring that oijie board in.
The sequel is worse... oh such more worse >.< But to tell you is the spoil it.

>_< Dude, what kind of dumbass do you have to be to pull out a ouji board with something bad around? >_< I tried that once with a friend... and dude. D: It has potential to be a bad thing... ...so... out of curiosity... did the lady in the first movie survive...?
