They will see that over time, We all have to make mistakes for ourself, As soon as something go down they will be saying stuff like "This is why I am going back to the Elites or/ I never should have left." Altogether, No use in having members that won't stay when something happen. It's like having friends that would run when something happens or that won't help you when your down.

meh.. they have 5 VCs.. one of their VCs tried to get me banned in one day..
Celestial will not budge.. so I will not take the Captain seat.
But if something does go wrong.. I gave her full warning that she indeed will be missed.. she got pretty nasty at me for almost taking the seat of Captain when she wanted to be neutral..
Neutral does not mean spend most of your time in the other guild and forget about your own..

Tin200 meh.. they have 5 VCs.. one of their VCs tried to get me banned in one day..
