Coma was caught rather by suprise, but he liked it, this girl he had chosen had plenty of spunk... he wanted to make lots of little Coma's with her. He waited untill she had left, straightened his coat, and walked off into the woods to feed on the dove... and maybe a deer, or two... or five, and a cow.

Taqune laid on the branch made that his sighted prey had gone.His head resting on the branch his eyes seeming to return to normal,though his body still in were form.He leaned to the side and fell out of the tree landing on his fours,he made it look like it was nothing.He walked off heading over to Pippa since she and Tatsu were the only one's left to talk to that he knew.

Tatsu would have hugged her back had his arms not been completely limp. He instead rested his head against her and thought, It's ok Pippa... He doesn't seem like a particularly "violent" person... He only attacks those who can't fight him back with words.
But he can't beat you. I can't beat you. you're heart is too strong, and you aren't afraid of anything... You are brave to even stare upon Vain's face... He is not right in the head... Tatsu managed to finally move his arms, holding Pippa with a grasp that could be broken by a child. You don't need to worry Pippa... I'll protect you from now on. Even if you hate me for my vilent side, I'll still protect you to the best of my abilities... I don't want to fail in protecting those important to me ever again... Not after what happened before....
Vain appeared behind Taqune, grinning slightly as he said, "Well, it looks as if there is a beast within this one..."

As Vain spoke Taqune had vanished but to the untrained eye,being that they can move there eyes about mach 2 or so,it appeared as if he was still walking towards Pippa;but he was really behind Vain sitting down on his hinds like a normal cat would.His eyes were again almost evil looking.He was back to his primal state.

Pippa rested against him, she hadn't been scared of Vain, or Tatsu it was the cords from Vain that she was scared of. She didn't wanna live that life again, calming herself she sat down and pulled him close. "You saved her..." She mummbled it out as she watched Vain with Taqune wondering what he was going to do. Pippa had not let her grip get and less tight from around Tatsu as she looked from him to Vain not really sure what to say. Not really sure if she should speak out and tell Vain to leave Taqune be or to just let Taqune handle it himself. Her body no long er shook and her eyes were dry no more tears ran down her cheeks as she watched.

Vain smiled, not even bothering to turn around. "So you're fast, huh? I expected as much from a beast like you, that is why I made this little gizmo while I was in the realm of X, a place only I can go." Vain tapped to a small devie imbedded in his temple. "I call it 'Devia-E', short for Deviance Enhancer. It allows my mind to perceive thing in sort of a super slow motion whenever a subconscious switch flips in my mind. In otherwords, if you move fast, things slow down for me..." Vain suddenly vanished, reappearing crouched low to the ground next to Taqune. "And I can move at speeds close to that of sound. Mind over matter."
Tatsu could feel something was up behind him, but wasn't even able to look. Besides, even if he did know what was happening, he couldn't do anything. He turned his attention to what Pippa said and ask, What do you mean?

Her eyes stayed on Taqune and Vain as they moved faster then she could see. It was begining to hurt her eyes as they all did so. "The girl you said you couldn't save from being a slave.....you saved her..." Closing her eyes for a moment she rubbed them and put her arms back around Tatsu and sighed softly before yelling out. "Vain leave him the hell alone!" Her voice was stronger then either of them had heard and she didn't seem as scared. Was Pippa putting on a show with her scared act? Doubtfull but it seemed as if she had mustered up enough strangth to yell at Vain on crazy person.

Taqune did hear Vain's voice only followed his movements.Taqune watched Vain move next to him.To him Vain was slow.Taqune just picked up his pace wanting to see what this person could do.Taqune was gone right as Vain stopped next to him,again an after image of Taqune was present but this time he made 4 images.He was circling around Vain at such a high speed that a whirlwind was being created.Soon Taqunes body was gone in a blurr of tan all but his eye's the evil staring eyes.Taqune heard Pippa's voice and spoke"No,come and get me Vain you want see the beast the I'm right here!"Taqunes voice wasn't normal it was evil and sedistic.As Taqune spoke images appearing to be solid forms of Taqune would jump at Vain and go through him over and over again.None were real,but there was no real way to tell.

He just smiled a sheepish smile while water soked curls ran down his forehead. He was accident prone and he wasn't always fond of it but he was.
"No idea..."
He then gave her another quick kiss on the cheek.

Tatsu tried to look back as he thought, Vain?! He's back?! That a**, I'll kill him! Tatsu kept trying to look around a bit longer before giving up. Pippa, what's going on? What is going on?
Vain grinned as Taqune became faster and faster. "Oh, a challenge? I guess I have no choice but to accept, but if you don't mind, I'd like to push just 2 buttons!" Vain click two switches on Deviate, the plate on his face moving back, allowing the brand to shine with all its evil radiance. The second button was for the katana that suddenly materialized in midair.
Vain took the katana and rested in on his shoulder, brushing his hair back before saying, "Just a little warning for those of you unaware: Things might get messy." Vain suddenly vanished,but not due to speed. He was conbining the speed of Devia-E and the Kasaru Brand with that of the Realm of X, his own alternate dimension. Through this technique, he could instantaneously move to any point in existence in the blink of an eye. Vain was suddenly appearing everywhere all at once, his eyes no longer feigning joy, the fake smile no longer on his face. He had the eyes of someone who would kill without hesitation, and the expression of one who cares not for the world.
His voice seemed to come from everywhere at once as he said, "You've called down the power of Kasaru, the Dark God of the Raven. Now prepare for his wrath."

Taqune laughed with an evil voice and look on his face.He had stopped moving and watched for Vain to appear."Mechines are flawed Vain,can you say RSP."With that Taqune clapped his jaws together the ground around him plusing from the waves of sound that would affect any mechines in the radius.He sat there his mind focused on the RSP and Vains movements."Your god is nothing to me!"Taqune was starting to intisipate Vains movements,he was readying for a deftening roar that has shattered most objects,including bone.

"If you think I can be defeated by a roar, think again. The speed I'm moving at right now is much too fast for the waves to reach me. I'm perceiving things on an entirely different level now thanks to Kasaru." Vain image seemed to be everywhere at once, new ones popping in as old ones faded. All of the Vains heldtheir katanas up, ready for an attack. "Also, another thing about all the me's you see... Since I'm passing through all of them at once, I might as well have cloned myself. Each one might as well be physical, meaning you'll feel hits from each one. Now get ready- Here I come!" The Vains vanished from sight, followed by a maelstrom of dirt kicking up from the ground. From the dirt came about twelve Vains, each one's speed ranging to near instant.

Pippa whimpered as she watched Vain and closed her eyes. "I can't watch them Tatsu it is confusing me and hurting my head. So much fast movement and so gah I can't take it." Holding tightly to Tatsu she bit her lip and whished to be elsewhere knowing that she couldn't stop Vain or Taqune but she had to do something. Not knowing what she looked at Tatsu to see what he would say. "You can't do anything you're much to weak you need to rest yourself. Pippa softly kissed his forehead and smiled slightly then looked at her hand a dagger appeared and she threw it with all her might at Vain, she hoped that it would hit him with enough force in the side to make him stop. She wasn't entirely sure what it would do since she had made it with her mind but knew it could do alittle something.
((hey you guys I might not be on tonight because my net at home is being retarded....*sighs* stupid cable))
