YES THEY GIVE GRADUATION TO GRADE EIGHTS NOW EVEN THOUGH IT'S ILLEGAL TO NOT GRADUATE.
I don't get it either.
anyway, I usually wear vans.
OR MY LACELESS CONVERSE THAT EVERYONE SAYS LOOK WEIRD [:
