Ah deja vu, usually gives me a light head and an almost involentarily responce of me going "This has happened before."

And yet it's there! Ahahaha.
I usually just pause for the moment I feel it, usually stating what I just said about "This has happened before." and just go about with what I was doing/saying.
Trying to figure it out is too much effort at times. Like trying to remember if it was from a dream, or if you predicted it was going to happen or if just similar events happened at the same time. Like a similar conversation with the same people despite nobody pointing out we've talked about this before and can't remember when you do.

Yeah, I agree. When it happens, I get the light feeling of annoyance that it feels that familiar even though it hadn't really happened, then just keep doing whatever it was.
