I am SICK of their crap! I've been put on backorder TWICE, and I even called to complain, but the lady refused to tell me anything! I told her that all the information and receipts were sent to my email address and I had proof of it, including my dad's CVV2 number and everything and she wouldn't listen! Furthermore they put me on hold for like 10 minutes!
AND...they had a shitty song on while I was waiting. stressed *destroys Best Buy*

Phoenix315 Out of curiousity, what are all y'all's thoughts about the new word filter option? I don't really care, I mean, I believe when the admins said, "No word filter" they meant a forced filter, this definately isn't forced. I won't be using it, but then again, I'll probably ignore it period.
