Each village can create their own organizations orfollow their own plots but they have to be original and have a reason to exist.

I guess Kenkaru is way to busy to read anything I have to say. In fact I could call him a poohead right now and he wouldn't notice. Because he just doesn't reply to the unimportant guy. Anyways, how's it going people?
