~Sanctus Espiritus... Maddy took a Pokeball from her pocket and let out Sandile. The little crocodile thing looked up at his trainer. "Seems like a good time to train this guy." She took the lizard up in her arms and went through the teleporter and took off into the sky.... Redeem us from our solemn hour~

Arekku jumped through the teleporter but ended up being swallowed whole by an SIV portal.

~A Nightingale in a golden cage... Maddy took out her map again, flying a little slower now. "It is..." Her eyes scanned over the Unova region quickly. "Between Route 6 and Mistralton City. So we can visit the airport for a bit or travel up Route 6 from Driftveil City."... that's me locked inside reality's maze.

~A Nightingale in a golden cage... Maddy landed next to him, Sandile still on her back. "The scenic route would've been nice but ok." She put her TADS away, no longer needing the map, and entered the cave. Inside the cave wasn't very dark at all, it was well-lit thanks to the many floating and glowing blue stones. "Ok, that's cool." She passed under a stone floating nearby, the stone quivering as she did. "Huh... Seems to be some sort of field..." She reached up and gave the stone a prod, a spark of blue electricity jumping from the rock to the tip of her finger. "Ah, they're electrically charged. I like it here."... that's me locked inside reality's maze.

~A Nightingale in a golden cage... Maddy walked up to a large blue rock protruding from the ground. Once she was close enough many sparks began to pass between her and the charged stone. "This... feels funny. I wonder what kind of Pokemon we can find in here."... that's me locked inside reality's maze.

~A Nightingale in a golden cage... Maddy shuddered a little, feeling something crawl up her back. "That doesn't feel like static..." She looked over her shoulder and found herself staring into the face of a big fuzzy yellow spider. "WHAT THE--?! AHHHHH!!" She swat it off and jumped up onto the cave ceiling. "NYEEEHHH!!!" The spider looked up at her angrily, sparks flying from its fur. It didn't appreciate being hit like that.... that's me locked inside reality's maze.

~A Nightingale in a golden cage... Maddy's Sandile walked over to the yellow spider (confirmed to be a Joltik by Maddy's Pokedex) and latched onto it with its mouth, as if the spider was some sort of fluffy chew toy. Sandile shook it back and forth, wondering what exactly it had in its clutches. The Joltik clicked its mandibles angrily and paralyzing waves pulsated from its body. Sandile blinked, unfazed by this apparent attack. Sandile continued to gnaw on the little spider, causing it to squeal in pain now. After calming down from the surprise attack, Maddy got down from the ceiling. "Huh... That's actually a pretty cute little spider now that it isn't all up in my face. Sandile, let go of it." The lizard obeyed her and Maddy tossed a Pokeball at the Joltik. The spider was sucked into the ball's depths.
Shake...
Shake...
Shake...
... Ding!
Joltik was caught!
Maddy picked up her new prize and returned Sandile. "Well... Sandile had fun with that one..."... that's me locked inside reality's maze.
