Goldriff Meta_Fish I too, have items on low. I like to get them once in awhile, but I still like to just fight one another. It's nice to be fighting and then have an item appear, to turn things around, or make what's already happening all the sweeter. It's what makes Smash fun: You never know what's going to happen next. Momma always said Smash Bros is like a box of chocolates, you nevuh know what you're gunna get. ROFL, nice quote there. Anywho. I myself don't like huge levels, or super small levels (like Fountain of Dreams) I like medium sized levels with no items because items are cool and all, but pretty much anyone can with items, because most of it is based on chance. So I really hope there is a way to have only smash balls on. I think that would be really cool. Also, after watching a few videos, I've gotten really interested in Diddy Kong's movement and attacks. I really want to try him now.

I think it's a bit premature for tourney plans. I don't think I'll do so hot if you guys are all 'lolz, waivdash, u suck nubckae!' However, i'd so be in.

The only advanced techs I use are short hopping, fast falling, and wall jumping.
A team tournament would kick so much a**....

I thought people would be more inclined to want to take off the hammer or star, not the capsule... They are still projectiles for characters that don't have ranged weapons/projectiles. Also, wouldn't teams and items make it really laggy? Unless you meant teams with singles still...

The barrel is the only mildly threatening one, and it's usually pretty slow.

Wizard of Light1 So? Sonic has been my favorite since I was 4! Not gonna change now! Since 2 for me.  @ Itakio: There are many ways to attack, but only one way to throw an item. an air dodge and pressing A can completely counter a thrown item. [edit] @ Allwing: But that's much to easy and doesn't involve a senseless argument. xd
