well, that's the gist of my story
they schedule around 20 a day. I don't even know how they're cutting the pay. Is it by how many less than 20? I know we're supposed to get paid if it's more than 20 (that's what i've heard them say) but it's not fair to cut the pay just because 20 hasn't been hit! It's like i worked a few days for free for them.

this is a tactic that i would have thought they were using to get the other doctor's butt into gear. now it feels like i'm being punished for it too
i know that they'll just tell me that i should tell the front desk to schedule more patients but i don't feel that is MY responsibility. it's certainly not my job to do it. and it still doesn't mean that i should get punished.

i just feel so done and fed up with this place. the past few months have been miserable to me anyway, even before this started because it just feels like the more you give, the more they take. now on top of this, they're using excuses to pay us less, which is bullshit!

do you still have the contract you signed when they employed you? i doubt they're allowed to just not pay you at all. it might be partial pay or something.
if the other employee is the reason you're not hitting twenty total every day, you can request that you get paid separately based on hitting ten each.
