I've been thinking about doing something else with my hair lately. . I kinda want to trim it again- And fix the layering.

XD Before I read this, I had my friend trim my hair at work!
Also! I'm in the mood to do something AWESOME with my hair. Spring is coming up, which means more sunshine for me. What I want to do is: Dye some of my hair black, and the rest a shade of blue (probably go for a "Fish bowl Blue", or something). To be spectific, I want to seperate my hair into two sections; The top half and the bottom half. I'd tie back the top half and the half that isn't in the ponytail it would be dyed blue. And the part that's tied back I'd dye it black. (I hope I didn't lose you anywhere!)
What I'm going for, especially since my hair is layered, is kind of similar to that of Black Bird feathers; How they look black and blue in the sunlight.
And yes, there is a question here somewhere: What would be the best brand of dye to use when I dye the lower half Blue?

Well, as far as your Blue/Black, raven feather thing, Redken's color line has that color. I don't have a color chart in front of me or anything right now but it's called a 2Bn or something, but it gives you that black/blue, had it on my tips for a while there.
now as far as your color brand, if you have a stylist friend, have him/her go to his/her beauty supply. They probably have a Color line there called "Pravana" which is the HANDS DOWN BEST LINE FOR VIVID COLORS.
now if you are on your own, I would probably go with manic panic.
Your hair is all black still right? if that's the case for that lower section it's gonna need to be brought up for any sort of coloring. As far as bleach goes, I RECOMMEND: having a stylist friend go to a beauty supply and get a good powder/activator combo, that would be the best and cheapest option. if you are on your own, Flash Lightning is a good bleach kit.
BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD (and this goes for everybody) DO NOT GO THAT UNHOLY ROUTE TO THE HAIR SECTION OF HEALTH AND BEAUTY IN THE DRUGSTORE OR WALMART AND BUY ANY BOX COLOR BECAUSE IT IS LIKE A DEATH SENTENCE FOR YOUR HAIR.
Seriously, people sit in my chair and talk about their box color and they want highlight or something, and I gotta say "Sorry, we can't do that, it WILL fry your hair off"

@ Skotti: My hair is actually back to its original hair colour; Dark Brown. XP And I don't want Raven Feathers, you big silly man! (Picture me saying that with a stereotypical gay guy's voice WITH the lisp! XD) See, Raven's feathers are pitch black and Black Bird's feathers are black and blue!
Would I still need Bleach, or whatever, for what I want to do? [/Really doesn't wanna bleach his hair]
AND! How much would all of this cost me exactly?- That way I know how much to set aside for this.

Styk: whatever, feathers, lol raven was easier to type. and YES you will need to bleach, dark brown is about a level 3 and no color would show up.
here is my price list for you.
Stylist Price:
Pravana color: 2.50 or so per 2 Oz
Pravana Activator (you will probably need 20 volume): like 3 to 5 bucks depending on the bottle size.
bleach: 3 to 5 bucks
On your own Price:
Manic Panic: 9 bucks at the mall
flash lightning bleach kit: 10 bucks or so

So, I just saw that Gaia has another item design contest, and I want to enter this time.
I need your guys help for direction as to what I should design.
What kind of item would you like me to make?
No offense, but I don't want to make anything female exclusive. I'm tired of lovely new items coming out and only being dresses and such that my avatar doesn't look good in.
So, something not gender exclusive would be nice, but I don't know what else. I don't really want to make shoes or gloves. A nice body piece would be good, but should it be a shirt? A jacket? Some pants? Maybe a good hat?
Something that won't go unnoticed.
[I'll respond to what I missed in a sec, just wanted to get this posted]

@Skotti: I've been wanted to recolor my hair [because I'm tired of my dingy dirty blond] and I'd really like to go back to auburn or some sort of reddish orange. And I really want to get my hair cut again to bring my mohawk back.. it's grown out ridiculous amounts, but I'm poor as hell and unemployed so it'll have to wait, lol..

Jeans that don't look like s**t. A Band tee or two (Gaia-based, of course. Like Megalomaniac, or Nervegas Crisis). Maybe beanies that don't make my Avi's head look like the size of Mt. Rushmore (something form-fitting like the Glacier beanie that I use for Corey). Uuuuuhhhhhhmmmm. . . studded gloves, or Armwarmers with buckles and/or straps on them. Maybe some killer-looking Goth pants (Think Tripp pants/Bondage pants). Uuuuhhhhhmmm. . . Biker boots with awesome buckles on the side, or make biker boots with a hankerchief wrapped around one of them (Ever seen "The Breakfast Club"? Ever noticed Bender's boot? That's what I'm thinking of!). You could make belts with novelty buckles on them (Like, the item could have different "poses"; It would be the same belt but there would be different buckles that you could equip! X3 I hope that makes sense!). Uuuuuuuhhhhhhmmmmmm. . . OH! You could also make some new Graphic tees? Maybe some Nerdy t-shirts, but something Gaia-esque? Jackets? Uuuuuhhhhhhmmmmm. . . For some reason, we don't seem to have enough Goth/Biker jackets. Put a few chains, and studs on the jacket, and put a belt on it (Think Harley Davidson s**t, y'know?). And for hats? MORE Fedoras! Some new and BETTER fedoras! I'm a sucker for pinstripes, or something with an abstract design on it, AND! something with a skull on it! (Or you could do all three on one fedora!) And yes, this stuff could be for both guys and gals.

I will start deigning concepts on real size models of a few of those ideas, see which ones you guys like, then start pixeling.. because if I just submit my concepts the pixel artist at Gaia could end up screw up the design by placing it awkwardly on the avatar. o;
