I mean, it's basically just regular Kage duties. You'll need advisers, so I suggest Mint and Edegaru. Mostly because they're the only two jounin in the village, other than Diablo. Other than that, nothing really. If you have questions anywhere along the way, I'll usually be on at least once a day so feel free to PM me or something.

... what are regular Kage duties? Other than just sitting around, giving missions and stuff like that?

...Sorry for another late reply. Skyrim is sucking me in. xD
That's pretty much it. Organize the village, give out headbands/the occasional mission, and try to maintain relations with other villages. (Or not if you so choose.)
The Snow village is small, so you won't have to do too much until it grows a little bit more. Then I guess you'll have to make some events and stuff like that to keep everyone entertained.

Right, all the stuff I've seen the Kages do.
Don't worry, I can easily think up some stuff and I can look up the Snow country to see what's what.
