Haru: Yes. While the Yukikage was busy IRL, an adviser was sent in his place and a contract was formed between Konoha and Yuki. If you would like I can link you to the posts or you can just take my word for it and save both of us the effort.

Even though the first chapter is entitled "Laterna Magica", I want to focus heavily on human experimentation. And thanks to FMA, I think I can make a character who has the appropriate level of depravity. Plus, chimera and hommunculi are awesome.
