Pippa hugged him back softly and hesitantly at the same time. Maybe she was really scared that Taqune would turn her slavish again, Or Maybe she was afraid that Vain would come back again. After she was released from the hug she moved back away from both of them some so that she could see them both. She was still shaking but she wasn't really showing it, the only way one of them could have known is if they felt it.

Vain sighed and said, "Well, I guess there's only one real way to test his power... Besides, I've been caught..." Vain pulled out another item and attached it to his left fist.Tatsu looked up at Vain and threw his thoughts at Pippa. Move! Tatsu shoved Pippa and Taqune out of the way as Vain fell from the tree, attempting to punch him with his left fist. Tatsu caught the punch, and small explosion of power occurring as a result and causing a quick gust. Tatsu's eyes glazed over as energy slowly began to build up. He crushed Vain's left hand entirely, destroying the device on it and turning his bones to dust.Vain jumped back, pulling something from Deviate and slamming it into his useless hand. His hand suddenly came back to life, seemingly fully revitalized. He grinned at Tatsu and said, "So I guess me 'E-Square' was correct. You are powerful.... You could be quite fun to mess with. Until next time." Vain pushed a series of buttons on Deviate, which was immediately followed by him vanishing completely from sight and leavg the courtyard.Tatsu's power dissipated as he fell to his knees, the hand he used to catch Vain's punch trembling. He... He has the same eyes... A burning feeling plagued Tatsu's mind as he remembered his old self. We have the same eyes...

Taqune was shoved with Pippa, as he sat watching the two men fight his eyes lazily following their movements,"you call that a punch..."Taqune was talking about Vain.The gust of wind didn't really affect Taqune as he was used to having extreme wind around his body.Seeing Tatsu display his powers were interesting though that he could admit."Who was that Tatsu?!"Taqune looked at him with a quizacle look in his eyes and on his face.

zero-jt zero looks over and see the new person at the fountain. he looks at her and smiles " a new person.." he slowly walks over and takes a seat on the fountain and looks at her " why hello there" he says as he looks in to the sky " new here?" Zephyr arched an eyebrow and smiled back. "Why yes as a matter of fact I am." It was always a good idea to give off a good first impression. That way nobody would think to pin anything on you later. "Just arived earlier today as a matter of fact. I take it I am in the presance of a long-term student?"

Pippa let out a soft noise none of them had heard before she hit the ground before Taqune could catch her. Once he had pushed her unexpectedly she was cought of balance and she tripped herself on accident. Her fall caused her to hit her head leaving a gash on her forehead and her body trimbling even more. Laying there she didn't bother to moved except to bring her knees to her chest and place her arms around them. If someone were looking at her, the way she was laying they couldn't have seen the large gash on her forehead. She knew it was there and the blood pouring out onto the ground underneith it was what scared her the most. None of the blood was visable but if she were to sit up her blondish white hair would have been matted and colored in it.

Taqune looked at Pippa,"are you alright?"Taqune walked over to Pippa to help her up smelling the blood from her head he looked her in the eyes."I'll heal that for you Pippa just relax,unless you don't want me to."If she did Taqune would sit behind her and rest his head on hers if she did relax a warm feeling would be felt at her gash.When Taqune would let go it would be healed with no scarring phyiscally.

Pippa was too frightened to speak her whole body was noticably shaking as she held her legs tightly. Her blue eyes slowly closed as she whimpered and bit her lip harder then she had before. The black ears twitched with anticipation of what was going to happen. It felt as if she wern't in her body at all but standing there watching herself.

Tatsu couldn't move, his mind was movign too fast for him. Images and memories flooded his mind, all the while his hand trembling. Blood starting dripping from the corners of Tatsu's mouth as blood began to stream from his eyes as well. Same eyes... We... same eyes... Tatsu's mind continued to move ahead, flashing images before him faster and faster. They finally stopped, showing him an image of Pippa on the ground. It was this that knocked sense into him. Literally.
The image caused Tatsu to be forced backwards onto the ground. He sat up, wiping the blood away from his mouth and eyes, leaving large, but faint, crimson smears on his face. He stood up and moved over to Pippa and asked, Pipa, are you alright?!

Taqune relized that the only way to calm her down was to do what he didn't want to do.Letting out a sigh Taqune reached up and scratched Pippa's ear.Taqune spoke softly into her ear when she was turned,"Pippa please clam down.."Knowing she would comply with his order Taqune began his healing proccess.Resting his head on hers he closed his eyes a warm feeling would be felt where the gash was soon after he would let go of her,"your all better now Pippa."

Once he had touched her ear with his hands and whispered and she nodded. Her body seemed to automaticly stop shaking and she lay still as he healed her. After that she sat up with a smile and looked at him. "Thank you ever so much master...." Pippa looked at Tatsu and something in her eyes told him something wasn't right that she was diffrent, not her normal self.

Tatsu looked at Pippa, noticing her attitude change. This.... It's that same reaction she had when I touched her ear... That slave reaction... Anger boiled up inside Tatsu. Pippa isn't a slave anymore, why does she still have to act like it against her will?.. His eyes glazed over again as a blue aura surrounded him. People... People should be allowed to be afraid.... It's their god-given right. Tatsu turned to Taqune and punched him across the face for activating Pippa's slave mode. Even if Tatsu could speak, there would be no word to describe his anger. And people should be able to escape their past... The last thought seemed to echo from Tatsu's own mind to Taqune's, although he didn't know how. Pippa isn't a slave anymore! Touch her ears again.... And I'll kill you!

Pippas mouth dropped as Tatsu swung at Taqune. She couldn't bleive it, her shaking had returned which only ment one thing that she was back to normal. Moving away from both of them slowly so that they wouldn't notice she stood up and ran. Her short legs didn't help her much but she was moving fast, once she had made it to the large tree she jumped into it and climbed up quite a few branches and curled up whimpering softly. Look what she had caused, it was all running through her mind and she could see it over and over again. She knew that she was destined to be a slave again someday. One of the people from the elite group would find her and take her back but look what she had caused. Maybe she should leave so that she would cause no more problems. Everything was running through her head as she burried her face into her arms.

Taqune skidded back from Tatsu's punch.Blood coming from his mouth along with a few teeth getting right back up,he just he shook his head his face looked as if nothing had happend to it even the teeth were back,"Tatsu look you don't even know why I did that!If you would have waited a minute before punching me I would explain.Pippa had a large gash in her head from falling.I regenerated her cells but to do that she needed to relax and that was the only way to do it quickly and effectively."Taqune looked into the tree,"I'm sorry I had to make you a slave again,but if I didn't you would have been seriously hurt."

Tatsu ignored Taqune. Not on purpose, but more important things were on his mind: Like where Pippa went. He looked up to the tree and saw her crying. The sight of her in tears made Tatsu feel as though his heart had stopped. I... Once again, Tatsu's mind filled with rage. The blue aura became much larger and destructive, bolts of energy leaping from one part of his body to the next in large arcs. Taqune... Tatsu's mind began to echo again as he thought, You don't seem to understand how much Pippa hates being a slave. And not only does it hurt her when you do that... But it hurts me. And a wound to the Heir of the Dragon Kins' Legacy is unforgivable. Tatsu unsheathed his sword, the blade igniting in blue flames. I'll f***ing kill you...

"Damn it he's blinded by his anger.."Taqune wasn't suprised at his reaction.Taqune didn't feel like running he was going to take what Tatsu could dish out and hope he wouldn't strike at his neck nad cut off his head thats the only place where Taqune couldn't regenerate and would die."Tatsu control your anger think it through!"Taqune braced himself for the impact that would happen.Taqune's eyes showed no fear he know this might happen and was ready for the repremends.
