Serenity was munching on the sweet rolls as soon as she saw them. One moment she was at the door to the kitchen, then there was a whoosh of air and she was devouring them like some crazed demon. Serenity didn't let Dialh see, but she rolled her eyes at the woman's ignorance. Serenity thought Dialh was going a little far with this child thing. The older woman needed more help with this weight thing than Serenity had first suspected, saying she was going to get a boy. Everybody knew they only made those myths so people wouldn't feel bad about getting fat. "Umm. . . Tallaver?" She said the first thing that came to her mind. She blushed. Serenity should have been helping Dialh instead of building the illusion further.

"A good name i will think over on it." She spoke finshing her own sweet roll quickly as well.
Katherine upstairs was changed and cleaned into a long black sleeping robe. She didn't look up the the priests there. She walked outside to her balcony shutting the door behinde her. She walked to the balcony honestly thinking about... She swallowed hard wishing these thoughts wouldn't come to mind.

Asami was in her usual plain-white night gown, a long thin robe was worn over it. She was standing on the shore as she always did, watching the moon this time.

Serenity was finishing her third. "what's been wrong with Queeny? She hasn't been happy." Serenity asked Dialh beginning to devour a fourth.
"Katherine." It was a sigh from below the balcony. The large general clawed his way up onto the balcony, using only upper body strength. He couldn't climb out of water, but air didn't drag him down like water did. He glared at the preists. The general didn't like anything that was even half related to the gods.

Again, he placed a dark cloth on top of Asami's head. "Didin't I tell you to be careful, you'll get sick," he said as she came to stand by her.

Dialh looked to Serenity. "You know how when you are the leader like she is everyone wants to be the same so they fight for it?" She was cleaning off her hands. "Well it is the same for the Queen, they do very nasty things to upset her. Sometimes it gets to her." She spoke thinking that was the best way to explain it to her. "They played a very nasty trick on her, one that killed a lot of people she liked."
Katherine looked over than then moved a little where he could stand with her, her gaze following his to the priests. "So i don't go crazy again.." She spoke looking back her hand moving to rest on the balcony. Her purple eyes weren't watching him, they were watching out to the city.

Asami was startled when he had given her the blanket. She pulled down the cloth until it was off her ehad, but clinging to her shoulders and down. "Thanks," she said simply instead of talking about the 'sick' issue again. Asami stood closer to him and leaned her head on his arm, "But you'll get sick too, if you worry too much about me."

Sernity blinked. "daddy always said that some people have to be sacrificed for the greater good. He took care of alot of people that way." Babies coming from fat people. Light, that was just crazy. Everybody knew babies come from storkes.
Paradox leaned on the balcony, as far away from the preists as he could manage. "Everybody goes crazy eventually, for some time. The best thing to do is get rid of what causes it. Madness has ended more than one rule." He spoke simply of simple experiences. He had gone crazy before. Katherine had been there for that, and he had almost killed Matachi if the man had kept attacking him. The general looked out at the city, too.

Ayato had become incredibly comfortable with the former high priestess, he didn't see why he wouldn't worry about her. With his right arm, he put it around Asami's head, as if she was a child, and placed his hand on top of her head. "Then you should take better care of yourself."

That blur of darkness is barely seen, and Jack would be there, standing beside Paradox and Katherine as though it were nothing out of the ordinary. Lifting his right hand, he would remove the burning roll of tobacco from his lips. Smoke would seep upwards, escaping the confines of his mouth as he speaks. "Yes, but I feast upon Madness, I cannot help but gain strength from it, and I enjoy it."

Katherine looked towards Jack he was probably the only one she could face easily. Not even Paradox she could look in the eyes right then and there. "It is my fault for being so easily tricked, and more for being alone." She looked towards where the barn had burnt down and her lovely horses with it. "Must everyone pay for a few moment of my own enjoyment? Am i not allowed one moment?" She said not so saddly just.. stunned she was stunned.

She watched as the waves rolled in and said, "I miss Katherine, I haven't seen her for a while now." Asami pulled away from Ayato and then looked up at him, "Ayato, don't you have someone you miss?"

He looked down at her surprised at her question, "What are you talking about?" Ayato turned to the sea again, "If you miss her majesty so much, why don't you just visit her?"

Paradox didn't glance at Jack. He just strained his eyes onward. "I heard you were playing with Lady Serenity. I don't trust the girl, and neither should you." He spoke to nobody in particular. The general had been out scouting in the woods earlier, and had just gottten back. He wouldn't have come up here if it hadn't been for Katherine. "Take whatever you want, Katherine. Just be prepared to pay for it. Everything has a price." He stared over the stables, over the parade grounds, and over the forest.

Asami frowned at him and walked away, the cloth floated up as she took off. She stopped and turned to the side, "You don't miss Aisis?" She turned around and took off the blanket she had on her and held it out towards him, "What was she to you?" Asami let the wind blow the blanket to the side as she said, "Don't let my curse take you in, I had corrupted a boy with it before."
