"Evening, Tommy," I glance at the boy as he plops down, then spot another youth heading our way. "And I don't believe we've met. The name's Thard."
I extend a handshake to the newcomer.

Cerza and Baxter happily greeted Thard, Tommy, and the new member as Memo sparred.
"Not quite..."
Memo quickly fell out on his back and rolled. Another sly grin came acroos his face as he dodged yet again.
"They're not just wires..."
He moved his arm, hand, and fingers once again to make the wires touch and rub on each other and eventually explode! They were coated in a type of potent gun powder. Memo had hoped that the explosion would send Itaku flying forward and out of balance into a tree or the ground. The boy was obviously not ready to lose and his tactics, speed, acrobatics, and athleticism would help...not to mention the many tricks he had up his sleeve.

* Itaku was not ready for the gunpowder and explosion, he flew back but rolled immediately to his feet. There were scratches all over his body he was bruised...if Memo thought this was it he had another thing coming to him..... Before he was sent flying back Itaku used his abilities to send the dagger flying directly at Memo. It was quick and accurate, Itaku wondered what Memo would do.*

" That explosion trick was nice, it's obvious this isn't just a normal sparring match....okay then. It seems I will need my other arm after all..."

*Itaku released the kinetic energy he had in his arm, he was healed for a while but he needed to build up energy for when it was needed. His wrap shriveled from the force of the energy, he stretched his arm making sure it was function-able. Once he was satisfied he concentrated on the sand around Memo. Raising it with his power he concentrated and smiled, as the particles would explode. The explosion should catch Memo off guard and damage him as well, with the dagger and the sand it would be quite the show*

" Psychics can put kinetic energy into objects so that they explode, a friend of mine uses cards mostly...me I use anything...."

"Welcome to Team Aqua, Rex. If you want to get inside HQ, there's a teleporter over there," I point in the direction of the beach teleporter, "as well as other teleporters in strategic places around the island. We just use the one on the beach most often."

As the fight escalates, I mutter to myself, "Ah jeez. I hope they don't get carried away with this."

"So far it looks like Itaku's fast enough to dodge those, but it's still a tactic better reserved for actual enemies...." I scowl in Memo's general direction, ready to stop the match if things got out of hand.

Cerza, Memo's baby Chikorita, tugged on Thard's leg.
"Chikkkaaari! Chika!"
She reassured him that the blades were dull and that Memo was playing mind games with Itaku. It was actually Sleep Powder inside the pouches.
"Chiiii."
She tried to point out that Memo never says his attack and what to anticipate. This was him testing Itaku. After all, this is Memo...one of the gentlest and most caring caring people among the group.

" The kids quick I'll give him that and now he is the woods, this definitely his type of territory....but in order to train I must follow him."

*Itaku jumped through the woods just as nimble as Memo, the flurry of blades was a surprise but he did his best to dodge them as he could. All the while throwing sticks stones or whatever small items he could at Memo exploding them. He was breathing through his energy, he couldn't take any chances with this powder. Memo was going through a lot...but I wonder is something amiss...*

" We can't run forever.....your holding back I can tell...."
