This man was acting very strange by her standers. No one had ever just walked up to her and stopped her music then just started talking to her. She smiled slightly then a small click reached her ear and her eyes shot down to his hand then quickly went back to his 'face.' She looked down at her necklace. "Oh that." Her eyes went back to where his would be. "I actually found it in a book, it was in the library. I don't know why it was there but it looked pretty so I took it." She then realized that she was telling an angle that she had stolen it. Oh good job. she thought to herself.

Taqune had walked back by Pippa and Tastu seeing the one guy he disliked he stopped to see what was going on and in his own way help Pippa and Tastu out."Hey Pippa, Tastu,How you two doing?"

Tyrael nodded and glanced back at the red gem. He felt a bad vibe coming from it. "May I please hold it?" He held out a gloved hand hopeing she would comply. He didn't want to hurt her but if he had to he wouden't lose any sleep over it.

Her eyes narrowed and her hand went up to her necklace. "Why?" Maybe this gem had some sort of value, she could sell it but if this man got his hands on it she wouldn't be able to do anything. Her other hand was slidding on the ground next to her getting closer to her bag. She leaned back slightly watching the man.

Tatsu looked over at Taqune as he approached, waving a little to acknowledge he was there. He turned back to Vain, but to his surprise he'd seemed to vanish completely and without a trace. He looked around a little before giving up. Looks like he's gone... Pippa, this guy's dangerous. He has the same look on his face I always had before coming here... Like he was trying to masque his past with a smile... Tatsu stopped leaning on Pippa and thought, Sorry I asked you to do that, Pippa... But he's interesting.... Sorry. He turned to Taqune and scratched the back of his head with a dumb smile on his face. I really hate being mute...Vain watched Tatsu and Pippa from the canopy of the tree, smiling his unsincere smile. "Tatsu, huh?..."

"Just came to see what you two were doing.It's alittle slow around here I might prod around alittle see if I can scare up some new people to talk to."Taqune smiled with the same dumb smiles as Tatsu had, then started to walk off.

Pippa jumped as she heard Taqune and let out a small yelp then took a deep breath. Looking over to Tatsu she let out another soft sigh. "It's alright Tatsu...and I know you hate it....I'm sorry...Taqune other then you scaring the wits out of me I'm good I think...." She seemed more confident then she had in a long time although she was still shaking in Tatsu's arms she seemed as if she wern't as scared. But why was she still shaking? Why couldn't she stop herself from shaking?

Taqune stopped walking as he heard Pippa talk.Spinning around he smiled and rubbed the back of his head,"Sorry about that Pippa I just you were in a tense spot."he spun around again and continued on his way,"If you need me I'll be in the courtyard for the most part."

"Taqune what's wrong? I know there is someting wrong please tell me what it is?" Her head dropped to the ground as she took in a deep breath and let it out. She was waiting for someone to talk, to say something, anything at all. Licking her lips a tad she kept watching the ground not sure what else to do anymore.

Kris exhaled deeply as he stepped into the center of the courtyard. The day had been a long one for him, and he had been hoping to see someone before going home.

Taqune was just about out of range for hearing Pippa,but he heard her.Making a U-turn he made his way back to her and knelt down to be eye level with her."I'm fine Pippa why would you think something was wrong with me?"Taqune's bright eyes glissend in the light.

Tatsu tightened his hug a little on Pippa to let her know he was there. He looked at Taqune, waiting for him to respond to Pippa.
Vain continued watching the three people from the tree, deciding he might have some fun. He brought up his right arm, pulling the sleeve up to reveal a high-tech gadget. He pushed a button and was suddenly holding another odd gizmo. He fixed it on his left ear and said to himself, "This could prove interesting... I can finally test this energy estimator I made." He looked over at Tatsu and activated the gadget. Vain grinned at the results. "'Power: Immeasurable. Element: Unknown. Threat Leel: High.'... I guess it must still be on the fritz."

"Because the way you are acting Taqune.....You're a really good friend and I don't want you to be upset about anything...." Blinking slightly she let out a deep breath and looked to him. Not sure of what else to do she gave him a slight smile and looked into his eyes with her bright blue gleaming ones.

Pippa nuzzled against Tatsu feeling a bit safer but said nothing. Taking long deep breaths she tried to stop shaking but something wouldn't let her. For some reason she still felt like something was there something bad, or that something was going to happen. Not wanting to tell Tatsu or Taqune this she just slightly smiled and bit at her lip as her ears were flat against her head.

Taqune heard the guy in the tree behind them,he didn't want to show that he knew this wasn't the time to start a fight."Pippa I sorry if I worried you..."he pulled her from Tatsu and gave her a soft hug.Looking up at Tatsu he nudged his head and eyes in the direction of the sound in the tree.Releasing Pippa after a few seconds he looked back into her eyes again with a smile."I'm fine don't worry."
