rofl I think Tsunami Icestar got it. He's a major vend whore with a really fast connection. He gets a lot of the good buys and he's used to it. He probably had it back up on the vend for it's proper price in a few minutes.

i bid 210 and the guy was like "add", so i went 212 and he asked for more. I just said im not gonna go higher if no one else bids, didnt want to get into a bidding war with myself. He said send trade so I did. It was all confirmed right before someone bid higher too...

I had more than enough to pay for the screw up price. I've been saving up for a fresh grass skirt but they keep going up. I don't want to spend more than 40k for one. I suppose I'll have to eventually though.

Glad you got your headband KC.
It's all supply and demand. There haven't been a lot of Fresh Grass Skirts on the vend for a long time. I was hoping that people would flood the vend with them after Easter, but oh well. Saving for it got me up to a high of 85k, so something went right anyway. After I decided not to buy one, I went on a buying spree and doubled the number of things my avie can wear so I'm content without the grass skirt. Maybe in a million years I'll just get it from a box.
