Challenge it is. Rogue whispered the words into Lily's mind and spun her foot knocking Lily's chair out from under her.
Consider this a second interview.
She put pressure on the minds around her, and asked the psychic guards to make them unseen and unheard.
She roared something fierce and feral and leapt at Lily, knife in hand. Surprise was common in their line of work. She wanted to see an immediate field test.

Lily crashed to the floor and took a millisecond to regain her composure before digging her nails into the bar and pulling herself up in a shot to grab at the beer bottle above her. The glass shattered and left a few perfectly sharp shards to use to her advantage.
She grinned in amusement and quickly slashed her skirt down the thigh to give her more leg room.
"Do your worst," she giggled and noticed her shot, the bar stool that was kicked out from under her was now on the floor in front of her. In a flash, she flung it into the air with her free hand and delivered a momentum inducing kick to launch it in Rogue's direction.

Rogue moved out of the way of the chair easily enough, then with Lily's foot coming straight at her, she moved her arm in a side motion deflecting the kick somewhat, but used Lily's momentum against her, and put a hand outstretched towards Lily's throat in order to push her backwards and to land atop her.

Lily growled and clawed at her hand, with a force intended to shred skin. She found just a weak moment and flung her head forward to connect with Rogue's with a bang. She used the brief second she had to take the upper hand back a bit and got a hard right hook to her chin to open the floor for her to pull her legs out from under her and with one fluid motion...turned to the side, cracked her legs, pulled her right knee up, and slammed a muscle-driven heel into Rogue's stomach.
Lily grinned, put her hands behind her head, and flung herself up and off the floor. She noted the small stream of blood running down her brow from a wound on the forehead, and brushed it away before it slowly dissipated.
She smirked, amused, at Rogue.

The crack to the skull caused an involuntary snarl from Rogue. She regained mental clarity quickly, but not quickly enough to evade the kick to her stomach. She was knocked back and doubled over for a moment.
Rogue wasted no time, however, and threw herself at a pillar pushing off with one foot, launching a wide arched kick at Lily's head with the other, using momentum from the quick jump.

Rogue's kick connected with a force that knocked her back and over the bar. As she tumbled into the display of booze, glass shattered and tore at her skin. She stood up, dazed, but only for a moment. Blood trickled down her limbs as she flashed a toothy and psychotic grin.
"Here we are now...entertain us..." she grabbed a bottle off the top shelf and hopped over the bar, grabbing the Zippo out of her pocket as she slid across the smooth surface and gracefully landed on her heels before taking the biggest swig she could muster and sparking the flame in front of her mouth.
She puckered her mouth and let an even, yet gentle, mist escape her lips and mix with the flame, shooting a cloud of fire at Rogue from her makeshift flamethrower.

Rizu approached the bar, navigating his way through the crowd of incited humans to reach the front door. Humans were so ignorant to there true position on the food chain, it was getting to the point where hunting them almost felt cruel. It was a crying shame that the very thing that they should fear, was the thing that was so appealing to them. Humans would literally go out of there way to be in a vampires company simply because said vampire was attractive, if only they knew the true dangers before hand, maybe that would encourage the hunt again. Rizu longed for the days where the humans were no so easy to catch, where simply seducing them was not enough, when they were more savage, when there meat was more fresh. The modern world had tainted his favorite dish and for that he sometimes hated it.
Rizu entered the bar, twinging his nose at the stench that crawled up his nostrils. Why did he still come here? He knew that this place would wreak of vampires and stale blood, yet and still he always found himself lingering back. Maybe it was jadedness? Maybe it was just plain bordem, what ever the reason may be he was here, and would do what he always did, being the creature of habit that he was, he sat down at the bar and ordered a cup of blood that severed no real benefit to him other than make him even more hungry for meat. Like eating nothing but BBQ sauce at a steak house.

Rogue watched Lily crash into the bar, glass shattering. The blood collected on Lily's skin, and Rogue felt a twinge of hunger...but she threw it aside at the flames quickly coming to her face.
Rogue stretched backwards and did a backflip getting out of the way of the flame, and whilst Lily spewed fire, Rogue threw her nearest concealed knife from a sheath hidden at her arm at Lily's shoulder.
We are sorry to bother you like this, Rogue, but there are a few lycans protesting at your outburst. We did not block them from the violence as we did the humans...there aren't enough on duty tonight. The psychic vampire guards whispered the words into Rogue's mind.

Rizu could sense the heat against his skin, causing him to quickly leap from the bar and roll himself on the ground before landing safely on a lounge chair on one of the adjacent walls. He looked up and noticed two females going at it, obvious vampires, no wolf would degrade themselves in such as way as to fight against there own kind using weponds. No, when scrapping with there own, most wolves tended to use nothing but teeth and claws. Rizu took a moment to scan the area, realizing that for what ever reason the humans seemed not to notice what was going on. "Blocking the humans through hypnosis.. I admit that is smart" He said out loud, generally to no one. Rizu, though he would not admit it to himself, was in a minor form of danger. He was in a vampire bar, surrounded by nothing but cold bloods, right in front of two seemingly very old vampires in combat. If they turned on him now he would have little to no chance. Rizu placed a hand on his lap, under it concealing his gun, in case he needed to pop one and dash.

Lily's shoulder kicked back and stunned her for a minute as the blade ripped through her skin and muscle, only to lodge itself deep into her shoulder.
She winced and yelped while pulling the dagger out with a quick yank. Though not psychic, she could smell the wolf and quickly noted the quick glimpse of thought in Rogue and waited for her move to indicate the next steps that were to be taken in this tense social situation. Ordinarily, a wolf wouldn't have stopped her from continuing her toe-to-toe sparring session with the only acceptable opponent for an all-night chick fighting extravaganza that would have made a match made in Heaven with Pay-Per-View.
Game. Set. Match. The next step in this little dance is up to you, love... her thought gently lingered in the room.

Rogue smirked at Lily without returning obvious attention to the werewolf watching them. She walked up to her and put a hand gently behind Lily's head and planted her lips on Lily's and kissed her, using her tongue to gently part Lily's lips and explore her mouth. Rogue's hand moved down to her shoulder where the dagger had been pulled and she touched the blood there while kissing Lily. She then drew back from the kiss, and put a finger to her mouth, licking off Lily's blood, her fangs heavy in her mouth. Her eyes were locked on Lily's as she tasted Lily's power in her blood. She felt blood memories, and Lily's psychic power.
She smirked slightly and whispered into Lily's mind. Lesson number one: Distraction is key. She had gotten what she wanted...a taste of Lily to know what she was dealing with as a vampire...as an Elder she was trained to feel the strength through the blood. She was also distracting the lycan onlooker while she alerted the guards to bring the wolf upstairs for brief questioning in her office. She wouldn't kill him here, but she had to keep conducting the investigation on who had destroyed all the buildings around Las Noches, let alone around all the other darker creature's establishments in the city. Someone was trying to single them all out, and it could be anyone of any race...and she did not know this wolf.

Rizu became even more confused as he watched the brutal battle turn into an intimate event, "Ill never understand vamps" he said under his breath. This was just one more difference between these blood suckers and the noble wolf. Acts of violence such as this happened for a very smile variety of reasons. If not to gain rank, hone abilities, or generally to keep the claws sharp, why go this far only to make up in such an intimate way? It seemed crazy to him, causing him to, for the moment, become more and more detracted in his pondering. Rizu's nostril twitched causing him to momentarily be thrown out of his confusion, his coffee brown eyes skitted to the left, spotting a set of guards coming towards him. Though they showed no signs of aggression, hell they didnt even make eye contact with him right away, he knew that they were coming for him. Good. He thought, what better way to get what he needed than to go directly into the heart of things. Rizu did not fear these leaches, at the moment his only concern was finding out the hierarchic of the vampires, if they had one at all. Rizu found it entirely possible that they were just a bunch of wild parasites with no sort of structure at all.. something that did not really make too much since considering they obviously had covens and establishments, but his own racism against there kind would blind him from this.

Lily stood frozen, dazed and confused, for a quick moment while she processed the data of what had just happened. Which was most definitely a powerful, heated, and "lesbi-gay" session with the most worthy advesary (and possibly the closest thing to a "close friend" she ever knew) in town.
It only lasted a minute before she shook it off and let out a small chuckle and a wink. She had tasted it, it was right there...all the validation she needed. Her power, her skill, her age, her life...all were now public record among Rogue and herself. She didn't even have to say a word, Rogue knew who and what she was, even if she didn't completely understand it...it was all right there for her to interpret, well at least the most important, character-shaping experiences.
She pulled a small mirror out of her skirt, she kept it tightly pressed between her wasteband and her stomach, and checked her appearance. A few dabs here, a rub there, and some smoothing of her signature flame red locks...she was good to go as the wounds from her public, but not witnessed (other than the mysterious wolf at the bar) battle-of-the-babes 2010, slowly disipated and dissapeared from her anatomy as if they were never inflicted in the first place (a good meal certainly helped the process along faster than usual).
A few pokes and prodes to her false lashes and she focused her attention on the mysterious man, moving her range of sight in the small, jeweled compact towards the bar and briefly him sized up before sauntering over to sit down a few stools away and waved for another Jack on-the-rocks as she put a cigarette to her lips and sparked it.

Rogue walked behind Lily to the bar and held up two fingers issuing in the round on her. She did not sit, but took the shot quickly, and looked over the crowd behind her as they took the wolf up the stairs to her office with a one sided looking glass ((more information on Rogue's office in first post and description of this bar.))
Rogue made eye contact with Lily and gave a slight head nod towards the wolf being taken into her office up the stairs behind the bar they were at on the main floor.
"Up for a first assignment, dear?" She smirked at Lily, hoping she would follow upstairs for a bit of interrogation of the lycanthrope waiting there. Regardless of his innocent or guilty status, lycans never quite wanted to share what they knew and it could get a little heated upstairs. She wanted to see how Lily would fare. "John..." She spoke to the bartender. "She'll take the bottle." Rogue began to head towards the stairs whether Lily followed or not.

Lily grabbed the bottle from the bartender and smirked. Turning on her heels to trot upstairs behind Rogue, chugging straight Jack from the bottle. She looked almost innocent with the bounce in her hair and step as she followed behind like a little girl prancing around in her big sister's heels.
She knew this was it. Game time. The blow-by-blow demonstration was over and now it was time to prove what she could do in the field. Wolves were not notorious for giving up the good information willingly, or comfortablely for that matter. She wasn't quite sure what questions she needed to ask, politics were never her strong suit, but she could provide much needed muscle and hostility to the situation. She didn't look like much but she loved a good project, and making this wolf howl? It seemed worthy enough of her undivided attention and knack for tortorous details.
