Splogaton @Vex why can't you have yogurt? i'm not lactose in tolerant or anything, but most milkly products usually dont sit well in my stomach- it ether comes up and out that way for out the other way xD

(in varying amounts) yeah they do but it doesn't do the same to me, full cream milk is the worst as well , man i have a tummy ache just thinking about it
