I don't use genjutsu, I have a Ghost. And I'm sitting on the Sound gates waiting for the Otokage.
Secret jutsu? Sorry, all I got are wind, water, and jounin/anbu lightning.

But ok and you should come back to visit sometimes!!!
...people do not Magically become Jounin. Simply because ty was elected as the current Hokage, doesn't mean he is at a Hokage's strength yet either.
You may be APPOINTED to a position, but you have TO WORK to earn the actual strength related to that position. when you are promoted, I see it simply as "raising the cap of your character". Your character is able to attain a higher level then before, but they still have to work and POST to gain all of the associated new jutsu and abilities. After all of that is done and DOCUMENTED... THEN you can call yourself levelled-up so to say... with all of the powers and privileges of that rank.
This is what I expect to see in the levelled-up thread: Documentation of all techniques learned and all steps taken to make your new degrees of power legitimate. I trust me when I say I'm going to be VERY strict about this... I want links to the posts where you learned techniques and to any relevant RP situations that cause a rise in power. [and God help you if a learning post for a jutsu is less then AT LEAST 3 lines of text...]

Ronnel-again I had a couple people tell me that they wouldn't have been anywhere near as lenient as I was with say, Mauske or some of the other genin.

...its GENIN ...(one 'n' not two)
...its CHUUNIN ...(with two 'u' in the middle)
...its JOUNIN ...(there is a 'u' in there, its not JONIN)
...its OININ ...(not ONIN, as several of your posting formats appear... *glares at the Oinin crew in Konoha*...)
... SANNIN and KAGE, everyone seems to get right for some reason...[/end Naruto Canon Rant]...sorry guys, but stuff like that just pinches a nerve with me. If we are a Naruto guild, we should be accurate with our terminology.

Indeed, but it can't be helped since a lot of people join 'cause they think Naruto is cool. There are many literate and well held people here, but not as much as we'd like.

*Hands cobra a chill pill.* Yeah, it is all right not every one can spell Jounin or Chuunin right. As for the spelling or Kage and Sannin it is just shown more in the manga than anything else.

...also, technically, the Village's initial destruction was mostly just me, and it's never been fully rebuilt since then. (not at least that I've seen)
Ty should have technically been made to post to create his building (I think Ronnel was forcing people to do 15 posts to repair an area...)
But whatever... Auggy is responsible for the more recent explosion... which i think he has yet to post... right? (he gets a free one anywhere he wants according to Ronnel, as I ordered him to do it during the Volcano clusterfight of crazy)
