"That's a bit strange." Haruhi lifted a brow at the thought. Though she guessed that no kitsu would make a mess all over the place and leave it for someone else to clean up. This kitchen was relatively nice and neat, not many would enjoy messing such a nice place up for their own selfish gain.
Striding over to the fridge, she opened it up by wrapping her arm around the handle. Her tails swished about as her eyes searched for ingredients for onigiris. There was some left over rice and bits of small meat she could easily compact into some onigiris. The kitsu used her mouth to take out the rice bowel and the dish of chopped up slices of meat. Though there weren't any sesame seeds visibly around or any seaweed, she could manage without.
She dragged the bowels with her to the sink, as she soaked her paws enough to rinse them clean. Without touching the ground, she curled her hind legs around the bowel, scooping some meat into the bowel of rice and mixing them with her hands. When she was satisfied, she scooped a handful out, compacting them into circular shapes as best she could using only her frontal paws. With each one finished she placed them back into the bowel. She made six, enough for the three of them to have two each.
Trodding back over to the sink she washed her hands once more before carrying the bowel with her mouth to a more open area where the three of them could sit together and enjoy her onigiris. "Guys!" She called out, "Come over and have some onigiris!"

"Daughter?" Dazzler quirked a brow. Iroh had not mentioned his nephew having any children. For a moment she wondered if this would be a dead end. Talagand flew from Aear's head to the singer's. [Try.] He encouraged his fellow singer gently. Pushing blonde hair over her shoulder Alison smiled at Ember & Kio. "All I know is that he has a scar on his face, dark hair, & fire burning in his eyes." She chuckled softly. "Not a lot, I know... but I figured there couldn't be many kitsu with face scars that would react to hearing he had an uncle looking for him." Lily grinned up at her honorary uncle at that, green eyes laughing. "Tha'd be right good o' ye, Ember lad."
Remus nuzzled his friend "Thank you, Ember." Dazzler thought on finding the daughter to find the father. Not really any more 'round about than when I was searching for my mother. Already I've better leads than I did when looking for Mom. And in less time too. Smiling brightly she inclined her head lightly to Kio so as not to dislodge the seraphim kit on top. "Would you want to come too?"

Blinking large golden eyes, the scarred Kitsusagi tilted his head to one side, and then to the other. Well now, this was certianly some place new... He'd been walking, wanting to clear his head... And now he was off the Mountain, and in some place entirely new and different. Quickly he thought of his children, and of Sokka. Where were they? Would they be okay without him? He'd be able to find his way back, of that he had no doubt, but what if danger came while he was away? While he was too far away from home? But then, the prospect of exploring a new place was almost too strong to resist...

"Fire in his eyes...yes, that sounds like Zuko quite a bit." Now that he had a purpose, Ember's initial anxiety at meeting so many others at once faded away, and he grinned. Fire...well, Zuko could fire...fire...fireblend? Something like that. "I never heard him talk about an uncle, though...I hope Zuko's the one you're looking for."
"I suppose I might as well..." Kio replied with a dramatic sigh, subconciously reching into his pocket for what seemed to be a never-ending supply of chupas. Once he popped one of said sweets into his mouth, he shrugged, and then nodded."Can't be any more boring than it is here, anyway."
And so, Ember set off to find the little girl, hoping that she'd be easily accessable, and able to tell them where her father was.. but he would never have guessed that he'd have the luck to run into the Father before the daughter. "Zuko~! he called excitedly, bounding over towards him and grinning as he waited for the others to catch up. "Zuko...wait!"

"Zuko!" It was a startled sound, though definitely excited. With Suyitna squeaking in alarm over him stopping so suddenly, the kit tumbling over his feet, Sokka paused to look at his mate in surprise, certainly not expecting to see him here, but more than happy to. It felt like it had been forever. A moment later, he rushed forward, the teen kit rushing after him, to meet up with the firebender.

Iroh wandered around outside after being penned up inside for too long. He had forgotten about the weather change until he stepped outside of the building. Snow was beginning to fall, but that didn't bother him at all. Gazing around, he saw a familiar form in the distance. "That can't be him," he muttered under his breath. Slowly, he began to walk towards the scarred kitsu, wondering if it really was his nephew. It was a few seconds later that he spotted two more kitsu, one familiar and one unfamiliar, heading towards the scarred kitsu. Canting his head to one side, he heard his nephew's name being shout out from the teen's maw. Sighing, he wandered over to the two kitsu, hoping he might be spotted by Zuko.

She sighed softly. "Hotheaded? Well, it won't be the first I've had to deal with." Dazzler highly doubted she could calm a thinking temper as she had calmed the Hulk's rages that day she had first met Bruce Banner. "I'll watch out for it." She assured Iroh gently, setting her now empty cup down.
Her ear had quirked at the mention of "foe" -Alison had enough experience with having to deal with other's foes... and her own. Sometimes it seemed she was forced to play the hero when all she wanted to do was pursue her singing career. She did wonder about the other kitsu seeming to be concerned even for his nephew's foes. That made her smile. "I'm sure they are."
There was a pause before she asked "What is Firebending?"

Zuko broke out of his musings to see Ember bounding towards him. A grin broke out on his face at the sight of his old friend, and trotted over to meet him half way. "Ember, what are you doing here? It's good to see you though," he added quickly, nipping at his friend's nose in a friendly matter. Just then, both Sokka and the little Suyi- thought not so little any more- coming towards him. A little behind Suyi and Sokka was Tupit, the boy after his own introverted heart. "Did you three follow me?" he asked, perching a brow high on his forehead, unaware of the Kitsu in the distance that seemed to be eyeing him. "And Tupit, don't scowl so much. Your face might stick that way." Affectionately, he nuzzled at his son, before moving to Sokka, purring to him and licking his cheek. "Lovely... I've missed you. And look, Em's here too. Quite a large gathering of Kitsus I care about." The smile in Zuko's eyes said that he didn't mind at all.

Suyi bounced around Zuko, squeaking happily and ducking beneath his father at random. "We did... we couldn't help but to wonder where you were going, y'know," Sokka said, laughing softly and nuzzling gently at Zuko in return, licking his cheek lightly. "We weren't exactly planning on lingering and waiting for you to return... You know m'not like that." He flashed a grin, looking amused.
It was he who noticed the kitsu in the distance, something tingling on the edges of his senses, and sharp blue eyes looked directly at Iroh. "Zuko... is that...?"

He nodded his head slightly and poured himself another cup. "That's good to hear. My shop gets pretty busy in the night-time hours. Probably because everyone works during the day."
He nodded his head again and sighed. "Hopefully his temper has cooled down since he has left me. I guess he figures that he doesn;t have to worry about me if he just takes off on his own. Oh, well. the shop has been lonely without him. I wonder if he will return one day."
"Firebending is...well," he said, rubbing his beard with one paw. "It is a little hard to explain. I guess I better demonstrate it." He stood up on his hindlegs and closed his eyes. Taking a deep breath in, he quickly opened his eyes and thrusted one foreleg out towards the fire, his paw curled to form a fist. Suddenly a blast of fire burst out of his fisted paw and quickly disappeared a few seconds later. "That is firebending. We can do more than just that, but that is one of the basic techniques of our art."
[for the Zuko/Sokka RP]
Iroh stopped in his tracks when he spotted Zuko licking Sokka. He widened his eyes with terror to find his nephew so close and affectionate to someone he considered a rival. He backed up a few steps and stumbled in the fresh snow. Turning around, he started to run away, but then he stopped. Slowly, he turned back around and started heading back towards the small group of kitsu, his head held down low with shame.

((speaking of burns, I had to re-wrap what's left of Theron's. *grins* He hels burns as fast as Timex & I! *proud* He's in bed now. *grins* Had to do that too.))
Dazzler's eyes grew wide. "Wow! You create fire?!? Far out!"
Then, as if considering her wisdom for a moment she decided to share her "gift" as well. But she left out the mutant part. Let him think it was magical. "I can make light from sound, but not from nothing."

Lily hid in her fathers robes as he casually followed his soul brother, the others just behind him. "Well, I did not expect to succeed so quickly." With a gentle smile he dipped his head at Zuko & Sokka. "I do not believe we introduced ourselves last time we saw you. I am Remus Lupin. The angelic you may remember seeing before is AearHwesta. The others that I came here tonight with are Dazzler, Talagand & my daughter, Liliana." He blinked. "I see you as well have young since last I saw you."
Dazzler was in shock a little at the sudden appearance of what could be her quarry & his... foe? They certainly did not act like enemies. "Hi!" She smiled warmly, a flicker of light playing about her in her sudden nervousness as she stepped beside the wizard. "Fancy you being here... I was hoping to find someone fitting your description. Are you missing an uncle?" Then catching sight of the familiar older male she yipped with excitement. The glow around her intensified as she seemed to momentarily forget to control her powers. "You-hoo!! Over here, Firebender!"

Iroh nodded his head. "Yup. That's what me and my nephew can do. Very special talent we have. Comes in handy all the time." Iroh canted his head slightly and nodded his head again. "That is interesting. We can't make fire out of nothing either. We use our chi to produce the fire I just showed you."
