Just a.... cigar... No need for worry then? No, she doubted that. Osi stayed close to the smoke stack and watched his signature from the small distance. As he spoke, her eyes flicked open and up to his face, leaving his hands unguarded. Her eyes quickly adjusted to the light, making her squint slightly. So he could take her there? The only question was if she could trust what he was saying... He wasnt from a rival Clan, but then again he could be lying about his clan, just as she had.... She nodded as an answer, and then looked confused. Keep up? Ah! He dropped from the roof! s**t. Osi popped up on the smoke stack and looked down the alley. Ok, he was heading to the main road. Quickly, she pulled a vial out of her obi and as she jumped from the stack and to the edge of the building, she pulled out the cork and took a swig. Almost immediately her sight was back and she could clearly see the people rushing around. She followed the man from the tops of the buildings, keeping stride and in the shadows.

The pace Kwubara was traveling wan't that fast. He had people to dodge and he didn't want to draw to much attention. After a few minutes he was just outside of the town. He stop and waited for Osi to come up to him.

Osi kept her distance from him, but her eyes never left his back. She watched for any signals he may give to another person and stuck close to any shadow as he went past each person. If he bumped into some one, she was careful to spot any signs that it wasnt an accident. She almost let out a relieved sigh when they reach the edge of the town, but then she had no place to go. She checked behind her quickly, spotting no one and deciding it was safe enough. Dropping down off the roof of the last building, she landed softly and then leaned against the stone wall. Her light purple eyes looked directed into his and she waited in the shadows for him to invite her into conversation.

Kwubara waited untill Osi was hidden before asking,
"How fast are you? I need to know how fast I need to go with out losing you."
He turned and looked toward where he was before he came to the city. A sigh escaped his lips as he reflected on what he did at the academy. Then he turned toward Osi and waited for an answer knowing he would have to hurt her a little to make sure she wasn't considared his ally.

Osi lifted her chin and cocked it to the side. She was Nin wasnt she? Why did he think she would be slow. She didnt ask, instead she shrugged and then tapped her hip and then her nose.
"Even if you get out of my reach i still have ways to track and find you." She narrowed her eyes at his sigh, wondering what his thoughts were. Was he relieved? No, she had answered after the sigh, so it was nothing she had done. He was up to something, and Osi would watch closely.

Kwubara listened to what si said about being able to find him. He noted the places she touched and nodded hopeing it would work. After one long, final dragg on his cigar, Kwubara put it out and placed what was left in a coat pocket. He gave her a wink and started into the woods. He went slow at first and then started to pick up speed. The plan was every time Osi caught up to him he would speed up and gage how fast she is.

Osis brow only cocked slightly as he took in a long drag of his cigar. Personally, she hated the things, they tended to destroy a normal sense of smell. Luckily for her, that sense was heightened when her vision slowly became worse, and to her, each cigar had a different scent. It would make tracking him easier for her because she had not only his scent but the cigars to follow which she noted as he put it out and placed it in his pocket. She glanced at that hand for a moment, making sure he wasnt pulling something else out and then she looked up soon enough to catch his wink. If she had thought he was hitting on her, maybe color would enter her cheeks, but she knew this was business and that he was up to something. He took off and it was... rather slow really. Childs play to her but she stayed behind him, not sure what would happened if she actually took a few leaps to get to him. Disappointing really, he must have been testing because she was sure he could move faster then a dogs trot......

Kwubara was getting a little frustrated with Osi. She was being a little to conservative. If she didn't want to play he would show her some of his speed. Slowly like a train Kwubara started to pick up the pace. In a few moments he was faster then the average human and was still getting faster. He was up to the speed of a horse before turning towards the wasteland he came from. Kwubara held back the power he could still tap into. If needed he would leave her in the dust if she caught up to him.
(My next post will be in the wasteland. Also, sorry for takeing so long.)

She smirked, knowing that he would speed up and being sure to keep pace with him. As he drifted past the normal speed of a human, she kicked off her heels in mid stride, catching them before they got out of reach. Slowing slightly, she clipped them onto her belt. Her eyes didnt leave his back, and soon she was back up to speed with him. She was faster then a mere human, hell most Nins were... Werent they? As he turned, Osi gasped and had to backpedal in order to make the turn herself. She tsked, realizing she had been catching up to him and used some power that she shouldnt have. Either way, now she was behind, but she could see where he was going.
"Great, i dont sense a damn soul...."

Her room, her things, her smells. Ishira walked back into her room silently, her hair down and damp from her shower. She was always happy that her hair seemed to curl at the ends after it was clean because if it hadnt it would be touching the ground instead of hanging at her ankles. She checked the hall once more and then shut the door, locking it before moving across the room. Kyuu was still very much asleep in Ishiras bed, cuddled up to a pillow with a innocent smile on her face. The child had been tired, almost passing out as soon as touching the bed when they arrived. And considering how riled up the boys had gotten her last night it was a good thing Kyuu was sleeping.
Ishira walked to her herbs, knowing exactly where they were even though the room was pitch dark, the only light being lit by Kyuu in the bed. Ishira hated the Darkness, but here in her room she knew she wasnt with Darkness. Her hands lightly touched the leaves to her herbs, silently identifying each of them and avoiding the poisons. She was home, she was safe, nothing would get her hear unless Nate allowed it. Picking up what looked like a fern, she lifted it to her nose and took in the pleasantries of its smell as she closed her eyes. Home...

Neko remained leaned against the door with his arms folded in front of his chest. Now that he had a bit of time to calm down, his mind was racing, trying to figure out the outcome of the failed operation, and just what Bao wanted with him. A 'strong arm'. Neko blossomed in conflict, but detested actual battles. He had troops able to carry out missions, but so did Bao, so it seemed that he had to stick his neck out. Maybe that was it, maybe Bao needed a scapegoat. Neko was deep in thought, barely noticing what Ishira was going, and not the least bit interested in it, it seemed.

Taking in another breath of the plant she then put it down and touched her seal. It was odd, letting her use her powers now and then. Sometimes Fox was there, other times she wasnt, so it was completely random. Frowning she turned, it needed to be fixed, she didnt want to be put in a situation where she couldnt defend herself when needed. Closing her eyes she dug deep into herself, looking for her Fox and failing to find it. Oh well, it didnt mean that her power was completely gone. Focusing she pulled on her inner Hikari and formed two small white wings on her shoulder that started glowing lightly. Smirking she touched them before even opening her eyes.
"Fox is gone but my Hikari is still accessible... The seals weakened and off...." She said, leaning against the table and opening her eyes. Her wings werent bright enough to light the entire room, but she could make out where Neko was standing, her human eyes adjusting to the the new light in the dark room. Yah, she needed this fixed, human senses worked poorly.

Neko looked up, blinking at the light. He looked to Ishira and narrowed his eyes in thought.
"Oh, right... Your seals... Come here, then."
With that said, Neko let his arms fall to his sides. He focused chakra into his hand, then, to his fingertips, enough so that they gave off a soft blue glow to contrast Ishira's light. He molded the chakra, seeming to play with it as he ran his thumbs across his fingertips, the dark blue energy moving in a syrupy way.

Ishira walked forward, loosening the ties to her sarong she had put on after the shower. Her wings fluffed with the freedom, growing a bit larger and increasing the light in the room. Tsking, Ishira tried focusing enough to get her wings back to the size she had desired but it wasnt working. Thank goddess this was going to be taken care of... She didnt like when the elements tested their boundaries... It meant a lost in respect which was never good. Ishira handled her element with respect and most of the time it was given back, but in a human form the elements grew restless. Hikari was never fond of humans, most elements werent keen to them and having her own Hikari acting up wasnt going to end well.
Ishira stopped looking at the floor when the blue glow was bright enough to light her path. She looked up to Neko and when she was a few feet away she turned, giving him her back and wings.
"I cant get them to listen... If you could work around them... " She mumbled before loosening the sarong again. She gasped at the pull of power as her wings started to grow out again. "Damnit can you do this through cloth? These damn things grow more and more each time i loosen my clothing. "

"I can, but it's not exactly elegant... Hold still."
Neko closed his eyes, concentrating as Ishira got into place. He looked at her back, small glowing rings of energy around his irises as he struck Ishira's back with his fingertips, digging them into her back, popping a few joints while he was at it. There was enough force to send her stumbling if she was caught off guard, but the seal was instantly broken.
