Right, so now that I've fineshed my paper...

You know what really bother me? I mean truely annoys the hell out of me.

People that think that mods/admins are horrible, evil, lazy people.

Maybe it's just because I use to be one and still like alot of them, or because I know what I was like to get non-stop PMs... But anyways. What right does anyone really have to b***h and whime about the mods not doing this, or the mods not doing that? I mean s**t, if you'd look at the forum page lately you'll see that there is rarely more then 5 mods on at any given time, and whiel i don't like that as much as the next person I expect people (especially those in this guild) to use some god damn common sense and realise that 16k users + 2 mods = 45907346 PMs an hour for those mods = lots of stress = not able to reply to EVERY PM.

s**t, I mean yes, there should be more mods on, and yes it does suck that Gaia is acting up. But getthe ******** over it and give the mods a ******** break okay? Really, just because you don't get a reply does not man that you are being ignored and even if your PM hasn't been read that doesn't mean that there are not 49 other PMs in front of your waiting to get answewred.

Those who have known me since I became a mod would know that when I was online I was busy and I would use the gay guild to b***h at all the PMs I got. So they should know how stressful the job is at least in some sense.

Jovo, I really don't appreaciate your comment. You of all people know that those of us who said yes to being a mod do it because we want to help and yes it changes people, but you know what, are you really all that surprised? I mean mods have to deal with s**t like porn, dead fetus pictures, cyber, stupid questions, repeat questions, net slang and a barrel of other crap. Saying that it was done to be cool really isn't fair.

I don't care if you don't like the mods, some of them are my friends and just because you don't like that when we do our job you have to suffer is a piss poor excuse to act like a child. =|


Another comment really pissed me off, and it had to do with the admins not doing anything. Now perhaps you don't have the insight that I do because I have talked to them, but to say that they are lazy and don't do anything could not be farther then the truth. All of them work their ******** asses off for a bunch of ungrateful children who can do nothing but whine and complain whenever something happens to them or their account. "Oh no I lost a pixilated item because I used the bank when it was glitchy, oh no my friend was banned for exploiting a glitch" really... I know the admins care about the users, but sometimes it's REALLY hard to see why.

Yes, Gaia is glitchy, yes it will screw up and yes things will happen. But the admins will always be there and they will always try to fix things, they will loose sleep over it and forgo their personal lives so that whiney users can be happy. How it is that they are not jaded really amazes me. I can't imagine that some users actually know just how much the admins do to keep this site running and free and yet still complain. I'd like to see one of them do what the admins have done...

God, some people really just sicken me at times, they can't appreaciate the s**t that the mods, the admins and the coders go through to keep this site running and as clean as possible. *shakes her head*

*shrugs* Favortism is something that we try to avoid. But an AI system would not help Gaia as it cannot make a qualitative assesment of a situation.

But, I think I'll just take a step back.

It happened to me too, y'know. And in your guild. With your friend.
But after I explained my situation, I think she understood. Or something.
I'm glad we're both out of that guild. (Both being me and the other guy, not you).

As for my rant...

My head hurts and my thumb hurts, I've got bruises on my hands, and other crap.

I think I just failed my final, and this book I really like I am failing to understand. (Which makes me wonder how I like it if I can't understand what the hell I'm reading)

And then there's today. I'm seeing Spongebob to make fun of it. Not totally disrupt the theater kind of make fun of, but the giggle to yourselves and be moderately annoying with the gang type of fun-making.

And I am really tired for no reason. Maybe I'm sick. I went to bed early yesterday.
