*Places the hulahoop over Swifty's head* Grab it like so *Demonstrates by placing her own hulahoop at waist level about her* And then sort of swoosh your hips around and spin the hoop around *Spins the hoop and within seconds it falls to the ground...picks it up* Well, if done correctly, it will say up and spin around...but it takes lot's of practice xp . Now you try! blaugh
