Reck got a little upset at how he was trying to give her the pet right after he gave her Gomma and tried not to show it in his expressions or actions. He needed a reason to get out of the cafe but he didnt want to seam rude or anything. He sat back putting his hands in his pockets and pulled aout a small note and rememberd what it said instantly. He then stood up and looked at Kei with a smile.
"Ok hey, almost forgot. I gotta go train with my team today but well see you later ok?"
Reck reached down to Gomma and he walked onto his hand fluttering his wings a bit.
"Later sis!"
With that, Reck ran out the cafe towards the shi plateau.

Kei was shocked by his abrupt getaway. "Oh alright, see you later brother." She waved farewell to him before rewrapping her arm around Kisoku.

Kisoku cursed colorfully. "What if I see the thing?" he mused. He ignored the tiny squeak from the little creature...that is, until she dove down his shirt from the tiny hole between his shirt collar and neck. "What the--!"
He leapt to his feet, inadvertently causing the tiny thing to start falling. Even though her tiny claws gouged his chest in an attempt to keep their possessor from falling to her doom, Kisoku's hand shot out and he caught her deftly in his palm. She was small enough so that she could huddle in his hand and not be in any danger of tumbling off.
He fumed, but the soulful eyes of the creature were slowly picking him to pieces. If he didn't know any better, he'd think that she had taken lessons from Kei. He turned over to his girlfriend, helpless and pleading for her to find a way to rid him of the rodent.

Half way down the strret, Reck skidded to a stop and rememberd that the note said that the meeting was tomorrow. He quickly turned around and ran back to the cafe walking back through the entrance towards Kei and Kishou letting Gomma fly off his shoulder onto Kei's shoulder.
"Haha, my bad. The meeting was later."
He then almost immidately glared at Kishou for no apparent reason.

Kei watched the scene with interest. It was so adorable... Kisoku's reactions to the furry guy were just priceless. She watched the critter look into his eyes and saw a faintly that her was falling for her. "Keep her... but the looks of it, she'll do anything to stay with you. cling to you, follow you home... and she doesn't like me... she thinks I'm a threat that will take you away from her. " She gave him her soft, all-knowing smile... and topped it off with the same eyes that the rodent gave him.

Ando didnt know all the details about what Ame was talking about but he could only sit there and watch as she sat therelike her life was ending or something. He put his head on the table looking over at her through his hair and grinned a little.
"So Ame, how good is...ramen?"

Ame reached over and pulled her bowl to him. Sensei decided he didn't want it after he suggested giving it to him... "Here... you want to try it... here's your chance... it's still warm.. I think. She refolded her arms and laid her head down again...

Ando looked at her with sad eyes and the grin he had left his face. He looked at the bowl or ramen then back at Ame. He sat up hanging his arms to his sides and looked down slightly. With a low monotone voice, he spoke to her.
"What's wrong Ame?"

Ame didn't look up. What was the point? " I t doesn't metter... nothing can be done about it so just forget it... eat the stupid ramen and leave me alone..." Now was not a good time for her to talk about it. She'd been thinking about it too much that if she tried to talk she would start crying... her voice was already going hoarse...

Ando didn't look at her but he could hear the pain she was feeling in the tone of her voice so he sat there with the ramen infront of him not moving a muscle as he tried to think of someway to help her. After a few minutes had passed and the ramen became cold, he looked up slightly and scanned the cafe then looked back at Ame watching her still sit there with her face burried in her arms. He placed his hand on her arm and shook her a little.
"Arn't we friends? Why can't you tell me?"

Ame shifted her weight and turned her head away from him. In a low whisper she murmered. "I... can't speak... right now..." She tried to keep herself from trembling as much as possible. She was doing well under her condition, but she still shook slightly...

Suddenly Hirako appeared at the doorway. He had arrived using the body flicker jutsu. He strode up to the booth where Ame, Zanza, and somebody else sat. He walked up to them and said
"I'm sorry to interuppt your conversation but I need to speak to you Ame." He said solemnly. "Will you please step outside with me for a moment?"
Realizing he sounded very serious and he might be worrying the children. He quickly added, "Don't worry, it's nothing serious." And he smiled again.
Then he walked outside the doorway to wait for her.

Ame stood up silently. She didn't look at Ando, she couldn't look at him... "Just get something to eat... I'll be back... maybe..." She walked out the door to join her new sensei. "What do you want...?"
