bonedragon17 Inferno7790 I have a question... Is there any way to know how many skill points are needed to learn a jutsu? Or do we just have to ask a mod when we want to learn a new jutsu?? Alright. on the first page of every village, there's a list of techniques you can learn. Besides those techniques, there says the skill points. As you may now, you divide the skill points by 100 and that's how many posts you need to make. So we can only learn the techniques in our village, and no others such as Kage Bushin and Rasengan???

If I wanted to learn one of the anime attacks like Shadow Clones, it would be in one of the villages??

Inferno7790 If I wanted to learn one of the anime attacks like Shadow Clones, it would be in one of the villages?? like naruto's Kage Bunshin (shadow clone) yeah just go and rp you learning the technique from naruto in Hidden leaf. But remember you need to see what the requirements are. it's a 1200 sp move so you need to have 12 posts that are at least 5 lines long.

basically just denounce your village and its beliefs and become a missing nin. . . or you could do something like joining the akatsuki or the ghost elites
