Xilocent falls to the floor as Tali yelled at him. "Ah! s**t! Anyways, I was hired by some guy in a heavy cloak to hunt and kill a group of merceneries. He paid me well, in both money, and Gems. I saved this one for you." He said, while producing a large Ruby for her. "When I was about to leave, their leader, who I left alive, because....because....I don't know why I did....but I did, and he summoned a Demon lord, and it began to play conga drums on my head. I banashed it back to hell, and just got back..."

After hearing him Talitha didn't know whether to be happy or angry. That was the last straw... Talitha took hold of the ruby, her hand shaking in rage. "You want to give me a token earned for murder?" She asked quietly while staring at the it in her hand. Talitha looked up at Xilocent, grinding her teeth for a moment. "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!?!" She yelled so loud that her voice was horse once more. "Taking lives for... this?!?"

Pink watched the couple agrue.
"You know Talitha, yelling at him isn't going to help his head." she said.

"I didn't do it for the ruby....I didn't do it for the money either. I did it because....well....because i saw what they did to the last village they came across. They're no better than the necros. Killing, raping, piliging, all of it. I thought you would like the ruby...so that's all I kept. I couldn't just sit by and watch them kill more innocent people! That's why I did it!" He stands up quickly. "....and I did it, because I was afriad of what might happen here if I didn't.....I couldn't lose you...." He speaks softly as he falss back to the floor.

Pink watched at Xilo fell. Well, If Talitha insisted on yelling at him, she'd heal his head. She sat on the floor and leaned Xilo's head on her lap. She ripped her shirt and wrapped the cloth around his head.
"Better?" she asked with a smile.

Talitha just stared at ruby in her hand before dropping it. "Instead of being killed they could have been captured and put in prison or somthing... I can understand killing if you HAD to to save your life then.. not for future purposes..." She sighed deeply. "We need to take care of your wounds." Everything she said just then had no emotion to it, all monotoned.

Talitha grabbed at his sleeve. "No... don't go.. I am glad you are back.. just..." Talitha couldn't even finish her sentence.

Xilo groaned at pink put him back on the floor. "Ow...geeze pink, you don't gonna manhandle me like that...."
He looks over at talitha. "Just what...?"

Pink laughed. "Sorry, Here, I'll help you to a couch, you shouldn't go up stairs in your condition." she said, gently pulling him to his feet.

Xilocent walked to the couch, and laid down. "Thanks. I don't know why I did it...I don't know....i wasn't tempted by the money...The cloaked man reminded me of Christopher.....the Sergent....i don't know why..." He coughed up more blood. "I swear, I won't do it again..."

"There was a run in with one of his men a while back.. That man is now dead... as to Christopher.. I don't know." She said as she started to attend to his wounds.

Pink looked down at Xilo. He looked sickly. And that blood wasn't helping matters. She went to the bar and got him a glass of water. She set the glass down and propped his head on pillows, then gave him the water. She went upstairs in search of blankets.
