Garganth spun sharply, trying to locate the tiny glimpse of Thread he'd seen--but his huge size worked against him, and he grunted with pain when he felt it bite against his flank. A quick trip Between was enough to freeze the stuff, and it cracked harmlessly off once he returned.

Ah! This Thread, he could get! Or so Garganth thought. The wind howled up at him just as he began to dive, and the big dragon fought against it valiantly.

Things were going well, so close to the end.... but M'lus' gut instinct was screaming that something was wrong. He just happened to glance, eyes widening as he saw the small bit of Thread nearly drifting right into Garganth's side. Responding immediately to his concern, Garganth blinked away, letting the strand harmlessly drift beneath him.

You made the wrong call, plain and simple. If a Wingleader you have your entire wing move into a formation that is not sufficient in fighting this particular brand of Threadfall. Perhaps you just hadn't noticed the wind change, or you just forgot which formation to use. Whatever the case, you realize your error too late! Those dragons don't question -- they follow you to the end, and by the time you notice your mistake, it's too late! All Wingriders Take 3 HP Damage!
The winds had changed at the last second and T'mor internally cursed as those changing winds paired badly with the formation that he'd just moved his riders into. He'd be eating that one for a little while.
